Very polite and patient with me and my problem feet. I have to buy two pairs of shoes to have one. One foot is a size 7 the other an 8 or 9. Walked out of there with six pairs of sneakers. Very helpful personnel.

Yesterday, Sunday 01/19, I went to change some shoes I didn't realize were broken from the factory. After using them, I realized the damage and went to change them. The supposed manager helped me by telling me that he would not change my shoes because he didn't want to. I responded that I would not leave until they changed the product. I did not want my money back, and the rude man told me that if I did not leave, he could give me a chair to wait for because I would get tired of standing. Obviously, after that comment, I began to argue about his lack of respect, ethics, and poor quality of care. There were people in the store who began to complain about how he responded to me, and he, supposedly named Luis, began to threaten us by calling security to have them take us out of the store. After much arguing and insisting on the change, he agreed to make it, and when packing the product, he aggressively threw it into the box, saying that for my own good, he would leave the store and not come back because they would not let me enter. The entire situation could have been resolved without reaching those extremes if he graciously agreed to exchange the product that clearly showed a manufacturing defect.
I have consumed Reebok constantly for a long time because I love the quality, but the attention of its manager is not in line with the policies of a company that calls itself responsible to its customers.
Obviously, I will never buy at your Sawgrass store, and I will take care of getting this message to as many people as I can so that they are prepared and aware of the bad policies or training they give their employees in handling crises like these.

I bought a top and a bra yesterday, the bra was 20$ with the discount on the label but written 22,50$ on the ticket once purchased so I asked to be refund because it is inacceptable to not respect the label price. And I don’t know how it is possible but the salewoman refund me on a credit card that it was not mine, I’m so angry ! I will never buy again at Reebok

I made sure to call yesterday before coming this morning to ask if they had women's work shoes in stock. The woman on the phone assured me that they did. I came in this morning and the man in the store couldn't understand what I was asking for. He showed me a couple of different shoes, none of which say that they are slip resistant. I work in a restaurant kitchen, and can only wear slip resistant shoes. Big waste of my time.
