A complete disaster I brought my f150 because of a supposed RECALL. TO DO SOMETHING TO THE TRANSMISSION AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION HAS NOISES. AND THEY SAY.. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THAT WAS ALREADY LIKE THIS..... therefore I was left with my damaged car and no one gave me a solution, no one took responsibility for the damage to the last thing, nor did they give me face.. .. they only sent the people who park the cars to deliver my truck to me. What bad service. There's no way I brought my car for some. Things. Things that were not solved and I ended up taking it with other problems.

I'm always apprehensive about going to service but after my first appointment here, I feel more confident in coming back. Patrick Aristegui has outstanding costumer service. He was extremely thorough in his explanations on what was going on with my car, what he recommended and why. He was also a great listener with my concerns and questions. It was also very easy to get in contact with him. He answered every concern and question I had with the utmost respect, knowledge, and professionalism. He was also timely in keeping me updated on the status of my car. I never felt that he was trying to scam me and he seemed genuinely concerned about my vehicle. I've been going to multiple Ford services since 2016, this has by far been my best experience. I would highly recommend this place based on the customer service and the valet service. I'm very satisfied with everything and will 100% be coming back in the future.Once again, Patrick Aristegui's customer service was exceptional. His dedication and hard work really showed. I can see that he is a valuable member of the Ford team and hope Ford does whatever they can to keep him here, whether that be through a raise in compensation or something equivalent. My experience here went beyond my expectations.

They do get pretty busy but the service is good. Reasonable price of oil change, pricey filters.

Terrible experience, no dealer fee would be great, but integrity is invaluable! My experience was unfortunate as my internet sales rep, JJ, texted me after my wife and I left without the truck that we traveled two hundred miles to buy, 400 miles both ways! This is a long story, but I'll try to make it short, I put down a $1000 to hold a truck that was in transit, it was perfect, the color and all the options I wanted. Truck arrived on a Wednesday, I called on Friday since this was a long drive and spoke with JJ on the phone and explained that I had received a discount thru a family member, I also was concerned about their inability to be clear on my trade, and that this was a long drive that I didn't want any issues. He assured me that they were a reputable dealership and asked me to text him the information on the discount and he would check with his manager to make sure they could sell me the vehicle at that price. I sent him everything and texted me back " perfect ." I spoke with a salesman Alberto ( JJ had arranged for him to handle the sale) Friday late afternoon and said I would be there at 9 am in the morning. I arrived on time, went for a test drive, came back to do the deal, and as we sat down I was informed by Alberto I could not use the discount, at about this same time JJ texted me the same information. I was upset to say the least, I showed Alberto the text in which JJ had written "perfect" the day before, so he went to his manager, and they still denied me the discount. After a couple more back and forth we left and drove home thru I-95 traffic and rainstorms, awful experience. On the way home JJ had the nerve to text I had agreed to pay MSRP on truck since I had given him the $1000 down to hold the truck. I guess he figured I didn't have a problem with lying and deceitfulness, far from "perfect".

So I have bought 3 cars from sawgrass ford all a great experience I dealt with John Troia who made the whole experience a pleasure! Recently I had a problem with my car so I called up the service department and they told me even though my car was not drivable they couldn't take it until October! So I called up John found out he was no longer there but still went the extra mile to help me talk about customer service ( esp when longer longer there) he was able to get me right in !! They took care of the vehicle and today when I picked up the car it wasn't even washed . They probably don't do that but it's the little things that I was used to getting that made driving a Ford a great experience. So unfortunate he is no longer there.

This dealer charges you a fee to pay with a credit card and does not matter if using a Ford credit card.I stopped going for that reason.

Ordered a bronco 2 years ago through them with the promise of no markup. It finally arrived and they kept true to their word. They even price protected it so I paid the price of the truck from 2 years ago. I requested they not wash the car or remove any plastics and they did what I asked. Talk to John C if you're looking for a Ford.

Owned a Ford 150 pick-up, with extended warranty from Ford. bad sensor was causing my truck to indicate it was overheating. took vehicle twice to Sawgrass Ford. showed proof of the issue, video. they couldn't find the bad sensor, said it would cost to much to replace the 20 sensors, Ford Service refused to repair my vehicle. Service Department also said I needed brake pads right of way. when I returned with the truck to get sensors repaired they told me I didn't need pads. service manager was dishonest. avoid this dealership, they are dishonest and refused to do warranty work. never again!!!!!

Dropped off my car for service, Jess was absolutely not professional walk off on me I don't expect 5 star service but if you're working customer service atleast greet you customers. If you don't want to work that's fine but atleast acknowledged the customer and guide us to someone else.

Need to staff more people !! The quick oil change lane is not quick at all! Absolutely ridiculous time needed for oil changes! Need to leave car ALL DAY just for an oil change ?? Plenty of people standing around saying hi to you but only 2 people actually doing oil changes? Management needs to staff better to service their customers or don’t offer the service if you can’t staff for it!! No reason you need to show up at 530AM to leave your car all day for an oil change !Service: Oil change
