Terrible service from the staff at the Swagrass shopping center, on two occasions I felt attacked, on the first occasion I asked for a size and with a very bad gesture she told me that there was none, the cashier had a horrible attitude, on another occasion she A guy from the staff yelled at me and told me that the store was closed, I think that is not the way to treat or respect customers, they should improve the training of their employees.

Today I went to return some shoes that I bought online and I met the attention of a boy named Jordan, who was working at the checkout, the same one who treated me in a terrible way, with a bad attitude and lack of respect. When I have made returns, they have only asked me for the purchase code and my card with which I have made the payment and that's it, but this guy, looking for a way to make me a problem, asked me to open my account statement to verify if the payment It was done and that is illegal since I had the purchase receipt and my card with which I paid. I have been a good frequent customer of Puma but what a shame they don't know how to select the staff that serves customers.

They have a salesman (sorry, I do not remember your name. I just remember that you are the oldest one in the store) he is so nice and helpful. I was at the store 2 days ago, and he tried to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was not possible, but I said, "Do not worry, I'll look in other stores. If I can not find them, I am going to come back. Today I came, and he was there and as the first time he was kind and helpful.

When there is no one to help takes longer to find what you looking for and then waiting over 20 minutes in line for them to take tour money!!!! I was tired of waiting and give up everything I bought and left. Terrible service. Better to buy online.

I love me sum sports clothing! This Puma store was really nice and had a great sale going on that day! I was prepared to pay $90+ on a pair of running shorts and a matching crop shirt. When I got to the register, I learned that both items were 35% off, as was the entire store! Needless to say, had I known that, I would've picked up more! Lols!

The women's side doesn't have a shirt selection like the men do.. The apparel and shoe selection seem to be from several different seasons because why else can't I find a women's shoe to match or even come close to matching the women's apparel? They have the motorsports shoes, but very little apparel & no motorsports tops at all. Also the women's selection is partially in the checkout line.

the worst store the service is terrible, I was going to buy 600usd in clothes and they did not allow me because there were more than 6 units. this makes no sense. no employee approaches to ask if I need help. the worst of all is the manager. They don't have shopping bags. there is no sign that talks about that 6 unit policy. Are we in USA???

Excelent service, the staff is very nice, friendly, and polite, which can sometimes be hard when you deal with a lot of tourists that are not always as friendly and polite. Good prices and sales every time we go. If you're a local, avoid going during the weekend, it's madness!!
