The place unorganized a ton of managers that follow u around and ask stupid, making u feel like you are a criminal. Two days ago, I went to get a sub made, and it took around 35 to 40 min cause a manager was making mine and stopped to do everything else but my food. Finally, on the last step before cutting my sub, he had to stop and show the guy next to him how to make a wrap, and needless to say, he tore the wrap and then processed to ask that customer if he wants a new one. While I'm on my lunch break. The line behind me was filled with probably 25 people. It was ridiculous. If it wasn't so close to my job, I would never go there again. True nightmare!

I always find what I want and more, the staff is pleasantly professional and it's clean. The lines are never too long, and you can always get assistance.
