Every time I'm at publix sunrise there is a mgr. That always goes above and beyond to offer his help. He is a great asset to publix and I'm hoping you give him the recognition he deserves. He helps out wherever it's needed. Saw him cleaning up the floor the other day .. His name is Peter C. And manages customer service dept. At sunrise west on commercial blvd. While the store is clean & always fully staffed; they seem to not be managed properly as there is ALWAYS a long line & rarely more than 1-2 registers open.. The shelves are stocked, but when they run out of an item & asked about it they rarely follow through with restocking these items.. most of the employees are not pleasant, however the few that are, stand out & go above & beyond to be of service. I suspect the employees are not pleasant b/c the management of the store are not nice or helpful, so the employees do not have an example set by their bosses. The pharmacy staff, especially pharmacist Mike, stands out as they are not only kind & helpful, but knowledgeable as well. If it was not for the pharmacy staff & a handful of employees I would NOT go to this Publix when I could go a few extra miles to another location that does not have these issues..

This Publix is located in a plaza that has Carvel, a Greek restaurant, a dental place and a yoga studio. However, the parking lot is pretty small for the publix and is shaped in a weird way. However, inside of the Publix it's kept maintained & usually clean and without an issue. There is a deli section for your sandwiches, but there is not a hot food station like some other Publix's may have. I usually find what I'm looking for here and there's never usually an issue.

I was in and out this Sunrise West Publix many times this week to try to get some coconut water that was always sold out. Then I found Ron, who was stocking the shelves nearby, and he totally went above and beyond to make sure I finally got what I was looking for! Thanks, Ron!

Moved all my prescriptions from Walgreens and CVS. Pharmacy team here is very helpful and friendly. Never had an issue getting a medication when I needed it. The pharmacy app makes it super-easy to manage/reorder prescriptions and pay in advance (although, most of my medications became free since Publix covers the cost of many common ones). Never going back to CVS or Walgreens.

Eli practically runs the liquor store. He is there every day I am. My hat's off to this guy. He is always helping me whenever I need anything. Seems to wear a lot of hats as he is legit the only person I ever see there. I do think that they should have two registers though.

They never have Zephyrhills Springwater available by the gallon. Sold out by 8:30 AM and you're left with a bunch of garbage a** water options. Nobody buys that other s**** Just stop. City Furniture workers buy all of the Zephyrhills every morning and instead of making sure other customers can buy water they just throw their hands up "I'm sorry. All we have is this"..

Turned away for my covid shot because my Insurance Co doesnt provide a "prescription card". The pharmacist was horrible. Whst happened to social distancing? This store was PACKED!

I really love this public the only downfall is that the parking lot is always ! Always! Full everyone here is really helpful they now that a liquor store that is located right next door along with Publix pick up which is great you can order through the app and the shopping gets done fairly quick just pull up and pick it up the plaza itself is really great I just wish they had more parking space.

Just came from the Publix (Store Number: 777. 9300 W Commercial Blvd Sunrise, FL 33351-4302) ; had ordered lunch meats and went to pick it up along with some other things. I was shocked to ask an employee where they had the cottage cheese and have him tell me (mumble really) he had no idea what that was and kept on walking! Just left me hanging. Publix, people! The store where employees walk you to the product, never mind the aisle! They pride themselves on their customer service, and for an employee to totally disregard my question and walk away is unheard of. The end of the world as we know it.

I really wish I would have thought to get the names of the 2 young ladies who helped me. I went in yesterday 5/3/21 for my Covid vaccine. The young lady behind the counter was awesome! Very friendly and extremely helpful! The pharmacist who gave me the injection was a sweetheart! She was very gentle, kind, and understanding of my fear of needles.

Deli wait is ridiculous long. Online sub orders may or may not be ready on time. Deli is not efficient at all with poor customer service
