They have a way of stealing, you pass your products and when you go to pay, they don't get a receipt and they say that the transaction didn't happen and obviously you can't take the products, and the money is already debited in your bank, we made a complaint and they said yes. It had happened that we returned the next day, I apologize and we have been returning to Publix for 2 weeks and each manager there has a different version, they mess you up and the final not even the receipt is enough to prove in your bank that, as Publix says, it didn't happen. , and since it is time and many people do not complain to avoid the entire process that this entails, so that in the end they keep your money, publix tamarac

Every time I'm at publix sunrise there is a mgr. That always goes above and beyond to offer his help. He is a great asset to publix and I'm hoping you give him the recognition he deserves. He helps out wherever it's needed. Saw him cleaning up the floor the other day ..His name is Peter C. And manages customer service dept. While the store is clean & always fully staffed; they seem to not be managed properly as there is ALWAYS a long line & rarely more than 1-2 registers open.. The shelves are stocked, but when they run out of an item & asked about it they rarely follow through with restocking these items.. most of the employees are not pleasant, however the few that are, stand out & go above & beyond to be of service. I suspect the employees are not pleasant b/c the management of the store are not nice or helpful, so the employees do not have an example set by their bosses. The pharmacy staff, especially pharmacist Mike, stands out as they are not only kind & helpful, but knowledgeable as well. If it was not for the pharmacy staff & a handful of employees I would NOT go to this Publix when I could go a few extra miles to another location that does not have these issues..

Overpriced. Not many options. Not really much juices to pick from. No courtesy cups. No cold juices but there is a Publix right next to it if you need anything like that. Be prepared for the workers to be all over your shoulder.

This Publix is located in a plaza that has Carvel, a Greek restaurant, a dental place and a yoga studio. However, the parking lot is pretty small for the publix and is shaped in a weird way. However, inside of the Publix it's kept maintained & usually clean and without an issue. There is a deli section for your sandwiches, but there is not a hot food station like some other Publix's may have. I usually find what I'm looking for here and there's never usually an issue.

I was in and out this Sunrise West Publix many times this week to try to get some coconut water that was always sold out. Then I found Ron, who was stocking the shelves nearby, and he totally went above and beyond to make sure I finally got what I was looking for! Thanks, Ron!

I'm going to upgrade this review, not necessarily because the store has changed but because I realized that in relation to other Publix stores, this one is a true gem. There is one closer to my house but I prefer to come to this one because it's cleaner and they seem to always have items in stock that the other one doesn't. Even items listed in their weekly ads aren't in stock in the other one but they have them here.So, I'm upping it from three stars to four stars.

They have the wrong times on google. They were locked up before the time on their door which was an hr before the google hours. Drove all the way here for no reason.

Eli practically runs the liquor store. He is there every day I am. My hat's off to this guy. He is always helping me whenever I need anything. Seems to wear a lot of hats as he is legit the only person I ever see there.I do think that they should have two registers though.

If you need certain things ask for our liquor specialist b/c he knows a lot about certain things and he is a hardworking person. If you need anything else that the main store doesn’t have you are in the right place. I am so proud of them and they also keep things clean and they know how to keep people safe. ❤️

I really love this public the only downfall is that the parking lot is always ! Always! Full everyone here is really helpful they now that a liquor store that is located right next door along with Publix pick up which is great you can order through the app and the shopping gets done fairly quick just pull up and pick it up the plaza itself is really great I just wish they had more parking space.

Just came from the Publix (Store Number: 777. 9300 W Commercial Blvd Sunrise, FL 33351-4302) ; had ordered lunch meats and went to pick it up along with some other things.I was shocked to ask an employee where they had the cottage cheese and have him tell me (mumble really) he had no idea what that was and kept on walking! Just left me hanging. Publix, people! The store where employees walk you to the product, never mind the aisle! They pride themselves on their customer service, and for an employee to totally disregard my question and walk away is unheard of. The end of the world as we know it.
