“Ive been here numerous of times and I can proudly say yesterday was my very BEST experience… im not sure if she is the manager but if she is not she should be the girl named Crystalle was so sweet , respectful and understanding, even though I asked a lot of question’s she did not get frustrated with me , her voice is so calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in you feel like you have a family member assisting you , she helped me with getting my package returned very quickly and in a timely manner. I personally did not was to go to this location due to a previous experience with a rude employee but after yesterday I would love to remain a returning customer and be helped by crystalle”

“I went yesterday to pick up the initial set of business cards and waited nearly 5 minutes. One staff member noticed me and asked 2 other female staff in the back to which one responded that she just started her shift. One woman came from the printers minutes after me and one of the ladies assisted her first before me.I came in today for any last minute printing and Monique was by herself; she helped me out through everything I needed so I am super grateful for her. the main printer was down for a bit and helped out everyone that was in the area. As a mystery shopper, more of the Fedex female staff should be like Monique.”
