“On a busy Saturday afternoon, I mailed 3 packages to an overseas address. The clerk (Taj) was patient, professional, and courteous. She had to deal with the USPS system going down, the label machine malfunctioning and a line out the door with customers. Taj remained calm and worked through the above issues to provide excellent customer service.”

“Best post office I’ve been to in a long time! I was at the post office near the hospital in Coral Springs and the line was horrendous. There was only one person working and I felt so bad that they were there by themselves and the long had 10 people in it and counting. Ended up leaving because I had to return my rental and then found this post office. Ms Adriana at the desk was helpful and really sweet. Thank you guys for having such fast service!”

“Quick stop to refuel my automobile...there were a long cars lines in both of the entrances but it moved swiftly...there was a customer service associate outside on the fuel court making sure that everything goes smoothly I didn't catch his name but he sure did a good job.”

“This is a small post office in the back of the Coral Ridge Shopping Center. I've been here many times and once again I'm surprised that a previous review hasn't shown up. I used to be here quite often when I had an office not too far away and would take my lunch break running a few errands in the area. We'd been downtown for lunch, and this was the closest actual post office, so we stopped by. We parked in lot in the back of the mall right near the entrance. Look for the American flag. Once again stamps will be going up in January. We thought we'd stock up on a few and get some Christmas/holiday themed stamps for cards. We use less and less stamps each year as most bills are now paid online, but every once in a while, we like to "snail mail" a greeting or birthday card. They had a nice selection, and we had our choice of themes. Although this place is tiny and there's a limited staff, the service here is excellent. The folks are friendly, efficient, and fast. If you're nearby and need a real post office, this one is worth visiting.”

“I sent a package from out of town to an elderly relative. in my hurry to get the package in the mail I put an incorrect street address. it was not delivered and returned to the post office. I went online and filled out a service request and included the correct info. I received a call that day and the service rep verified the address and said it would be taken care of in the next couple of days. She was very helpful and understood my situation. I received another phone call the following day telling me it was delivered. I really appreciated the follow up and customer service especially since I am from out of town. Great job and thank you!”

“This office is the only office in it's area that stays open to give people time to get off from work. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. They do the best they can even though more customers come to this location than most others. Sometimes they are short staffed due to staffing but they get you situated with your postal needs.”
“In reviewing the posts it appears that the Post Office is under staffed and people only complain when they done get there way or feel the wait is too long. Where ever you go there is a wait such as a wait at the doctor the bank Macys etc… I never see reviews about staff when they go above and beyond expectations. I’ve waited I those lines and you many of you the public are rude and nasty and you set the tone for the workers. How would you like if the workers come to your job and you are doing your best only to have people show up late for appointments, packages open nor addressed, and you are short staffed. I’ve seen people in line for passports show up late claiming they got lost, paperwork not filled out or incorrect. So your lateness and no paperwork is the Post Office workers problem? Not to mention hearing “this is my first time mailing what do I do”. Google it before you get there. We the public feel too entitled, well some of us. If you can do a better job apply and go work for the Post Office. Then let me know that works out for you .”
