Just left Pollack, I went in to see a Rolex Midsize. I walked out with a 36mm.Steve the manager is so knowledgeable. It was a great experience, never felt pressure to buy. Kerry was so pleasant and kind.Definitely recommend this store for your jewelry' needs! We will shop there again.

Great place to buy a nice Rolex. Quality products and nice selection. Do not listen to the reviews that are negative. Those people didn’t buy a Rolex. You wouldn’t just hand out your expensive watch to just anyone. What you should be asking yourself is what made the owner suspicious of you?

I just graduated and went in search of a Rolex while I was at Sawgrass Mills. The same store owner mistreated me; I had never been so aggressively treated, especially in a place of business. I mentioned that I was offered the same day I entered a Rolex store one of the models I asked about, and he told me that I was the only person in the world who could obtain it that way. I really feel mistreated after his shouts (he almost jumped over the counter to attack me). Watches in poor condition, the owner a complete jerk. I ended up at TPT Miami buying the same Rolex I asked about, and it was more expensive there than where I ended up buying it new. The owner was a total jerk; my mom was scared of him, which gave me a strong scare. He was very aggressive, and being the owner, I was surprised.

My husband had been looking for a Rolex for a long time. We had been to many jewelry store but nobody took care of us like Steve. My husband was so happy after we left the store, that we came back in and bought one for me!!!! Thank you Steve!!!

Best Rolex selection and Steve is a great guy who is very knowledgeable about the watches. Any negative review on here are from tire kickers that just can't afford a Rolex and prefer to hate on this store. Thank you Steve and Stuart for your great customer service. I love my new Submariner.

I visited Pollack for the first time and dealt directly with the owner. The impression I got was that he is tired of dealing with the public. It was like pulling teeth just to get him to show me something in the display case or respond to a question. No enthusiasm at all. Being in retail management for many years, I see this happen all of the time. I understand the challenges of having to deal with all the "tire kickers" but that is no excuse for making anyone feel like an inconvenience. If Steve was working for me, he would certainly be on a PIP. Fact is, I recently inherited a fair amount of money and wanted to treat myself to a new watch. I could have purchased any watch in his store but his demeanor turned me away. The sad thing is that Pollack Jewelers is a real nice store with excellent inventory offered at reasonable prices and actually had a watch that I really liked. But, I felt like the owner could care less whether or not I made the purchase and that made we wonder about how I would be treated if I had a problem after the sale. So, I essentially became another one of those tire kickers and with good reason. Later, I walked into the nearby Breitling store and the sales people were tripping over each other to sell me a timepiece that was 8,000.00 less than what I was considering spending at Pollack. They even offered me a bottled water! I honestly think it is time for someone to consider retirement.

Without a doubt the top establishment for watches at Sawgrass Mills Mall. I’ve shopped there for over 20 years and the service is top notch. The owner is so knowledgeable and honest that I always feel that what ever I purchase is quality and an amazing deal. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a Pandora section with expert staff. Definitely a 5 star establishment .

Picked up this tissot today. I had my 5 month old with me and the sales lady was extremely nice and helpful.This place also has a great selection of higher end watches !
