Short waiting time. I’ve talked with 3 or 4 different banking reps and they have all been polite, helpful and able to answer any questions that I posed. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice of banks. ?

These people play with your time and your money. I drove here in the pouring rain to open up a business checking account just to be told the staff member called out sick. I didn’t receive a courtesy call or cancellation email. Mind you, it was 3:30 in the afternoon and the bank was completely empty. 2 staff in the front talking and twiddling their thumbs.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. The focus is not on the customer. The mannerisms of the staff are horrible. A one minute transaction aka a payment took me an hr and a half. The drive through banking, although always in green(open), no one is ever available or no one comes to the window to assist. Convenience is out the door. It’s just a NO

Racist staff members, worse bank to exist they hold onto your money and won’t give you access but will use the funds for banking fees. I deposited a check in March still haven’t received funds decided to close account still have yet to receive money back. Deposited another check on a different occasion they sent back in a legal copy stating check was altered so I can’t cash anywhere else. Worst banking experience bank with them at your own risk.

I really hate this bank they always process your transaction wrong and end up taking money out of your account they can send you emails about unnecessary things but when your account is about to be closed due to fraudulent activities they can even so much as give you a phone call they just close it without even acknowledging you about then tell you you would still have to pay the balance on the account they claim was overdraft even though you have overdraft protection and on top of that they don’t even answer your call and when they do answer they hang up on you when they feel like it literally I recommend you put your money anywhere but here

I'm the VP of a public company and was looking to migrate my business to PNC. Literally came in ready to send a wire for $36.3 million to open the account and was told "Sorry there's no one here to open an account today" in the middle of a business day...... guess I'll park my money somewhere else. Too bad i was going to open an IRA too
