DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been purchasing my cat’s food on autoship for many years. In the last couple of years the company has frequently been “out of stock” on the items I regularly purchased. So to ensure I didn’t run out, I would typically purchase 2 months worth of canned food at a time. In the last year, a number of cases of canned food have come to me with dented cans…primarily the cans located on the outer sides of the case. In one instance, the cans were dented so badly that two of them had burst open. I do not typically look closely at each case when they arrive (as they are bound in plastic) and simply put them into my closet to be opened when needed. As a result, I did not find some of these dented cans until past Pet Supermarket’s (PS) 30-day return limit (my mistake, after this happened twice I should have been more diligent). PS refunded me for the damaged cans on two of my previous orders, however on this last order which was beyond the 30 day limit, they refused a refund on 5 damaged cans. Of more concern to me than the refund is the fact that I was having to call PS on nearly every order about this issue. Clearly, their package handling processes need to be reviewed if they are damaging cases of food being packaged for shipping. Their refusal to credit my account with just over $10 for 5 cans has lost them a loyal customer. I have cancelled my autoship with them and will find an alternative food for my pets.

The manager who works here has awful customer service skills. She is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Been coming here for awhile now but this will be my very last. Everyone else has been pleasant but this particular female is not right in her approachin speaking with the customer. I'll be going to a different location from now on.

Took my dogs for wash yesterday and basic wash price is now $15, an increase of 50%. This big increase is not acceptable. Spoke to another elderly lady and she agreed it is now time to start bathing the dogs at home again.

My experience was pretty great.First, getes are open 6:30 am. But you won't be unloaded till 7 am. Be here at your appointment time. There is nowhere to park to wait... I mean, if you get lucky, you may be able to park by the gate the night before, but there is no room... It's stupid. 1.5 trucks can park by the gate... Inevitably, some overachiever is sitting there from 6 pm the night beforeDocks 4 and 5 is where you will be docking. Good luck. Lol. Welcome to Miami.

I was approached by someone named Gabby and she was very rude. She is apparently a "District Manager" for FL/GA and did not even know basic information. She was quiet unprofessional and was not helpful at all. As a district manager did not even ask to help me carry anything to my car.Please find new management.

I ordered a product, they gave my order to someone else. I tried to get my money back issues there manager didn’t know what he was doing. Tried to go pick it up since I couldn’t get my money back. They keep putting notes on door about later openings. Customer Service horrible. Vestavia hills, Alabama. I will never shop here again. Located in Birmingham Alabama!!!!!

I live in Key West and Pet Supermarket is the only local store "supplying" aquarium needs. At least until recently. Over the past few months, mot only have they neglected the fish they are supposed to sell and have had several kill-offs, but they do not order basic needs for local aquarists. A couple of times in ladt few weeks, I have needed medications for my angelfish and went to the store only to find completely empty shelves. When I inquired why they were not stocked, the new manager blamed corporate. The second time she blamed corporate, I asked for her directors phone number and she refused. I tried calling corporate but only got voicemail with a full mailbox. Pet supermarket really needs to learn the definition of customer service and what it means to serve a community of Pet owners. Very disappointed.

Making a delivery by appointment it's not that great. My appointment was set for 6:01 AM, I showed up at 5:30 AM only to find out that the receiving people are not there until after 7:00 am and here I am looking d*** at 5:30 AM. thinking I was doing great by being half hour early for my appointment. In fact, nobody really cared about me being sent there (by the Broker) when nobody would be there to receive their load. Lesson learned and the more I deal with these people the more I love my dog!.

I was at the Pet Supermarket on 5th Ave. In Boca Raton, Florida on Dec. 16, 2022. An older man was purchasing two 6 month old kittens, he appeared to be very suspicious. He was not with the cats or appearing concerned for their welfare, he said he just wanted them and was not friendly at all. I spoke to the store manager about it, and she abruptly told me all adoptions are checked out. Something was very wrong and the man left with the cats.Pet Supermarket should be ashamed.
