The items are excellent, but there were long lines and I was only going to claim an online purchase, and they were delivered without waiting in line and the lady who coordinated the line did not inform

Costumer service was great don'tremember his name but it was a gentleman, on TuesdayNovember12 2024 around 12:30pm. The charms selection is very limited compared to other Pandora stores I have visited but overall our experience was good.
