Looks like the handsome emo manager from Palm Beach Gardens works here now, I was so excited to see him again!! Store looks so much cleaner now, and I was pleased to see the fitting room doors were fixed so I did not have to wait long to try on my clothes. All the employees are super nice and attentive (:

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the PacSun Sawgrass Mills location, where I was assisted by a young lady named Kaia. Despite being extremely busy, she took the time to help me and consistently checked back to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness and dedication to every customer truly stood out. While other employees were preoccupied with conversation, Kaia remained focused on providing top-notch service. I’m not sure about her current availability, but she should definitely be considered for a management role in the near future. Her exceptional customer service deserves recognition, whether through a raise or a promotion.

Total disregard of paying costumers at this location. They have 5 fitting rooms ,yet they choose 2 of them for storage! That leaves 3 for costumers use. Means hour long wait on weekends!!!! Ridiculous, manager should take costumer service course,asap. This has been like this over a year and nothing changed.

Avoid pacsun at Sawgrass Mills, you will wait 45 minutes in line to try your clothes. They only have 3 out of 5 fitting rooms open and they only let you 5 pieces in. Totally unreasonable. They also promote a big sale, but then you end up paying full price because your items are not included in the sale, extremely deceiving.

Terrible service. I was in the store and she had measured me a piece of clothing on the rack that said buy 1 2 free and when I went to pay the manager or I don't know who it was said no, it had a different price and there were more than 7 shirts the same as the ones I bought in that same store. rack. A total scam. I usually shop there a lot because my boyfriend likes it but I don't go back. A fraud

Employees do not know how to act in emergency situations. We were at Sawgrass Mills on 12/17; when the alarm sounded we were in Pacsun, we stayed in the store, confused about what the alarm was, the employees told us to go out through the main entrance and exit the store when they themselves didn’t know what had happened. Many reports said that it was a shooting and that their stores let them stay inside. Pacsun didn’t let us stay inside, when we got out (because of their orders) we saw that the store next door kept the people in and many more. It’s imperative that you train your employees in what to do in an emergency situation. Thank you!

Holy moly, I can't believe what happened to me today at this location.While waiting for the dressing room today two real young ladies were talking amongst themselves very short of ear shot. They were talking about smoking pot on break and "were so high" by their terms. Once they saw we were standing there one of the ladies quickly snapped at us with an awful face and said "you waiting for something? This was the tone she had the whole time till her manager asked her to stop. Story short we tried our stuff on and got out of there!!! Not ok to do drugs on break then go back to work.Sorry guys.

i always come in and shop it’s always amazing experience especially when chris is there! he’s always super helpful n makes sure i have everything i need/want. He always checks up on me while i’m in here. 10/10 experience always come to this one for him
