I won’t be coming back. Initially was good but last experience when I got home I noticed my silk gown had a hole. Then I looked at my linen jumpsuit and the belt was pulled out. It’s not a belt you pull out and they clearly could not put it back on so the left it on the neck of the hanger . Oh and it still had a dirt stain that should’ve easily came out. These were two expensive pieces . I won’t be coming back.

Terrible , sent some shirts and they shrinked four of my shirts, terrible service do not recommend. Would advise to find a different place . If I could give negative stars I would. -5 stars

This was the first time I went to place as I needed my son's JROTC outfit dry cleaned. Mind you I dropped this off a week ago, and the worker lady didn't even speak a lick of English so she had no idea what I wanted, but finally got to her that I NEEDED this dry cleaned by the following Monday. She made me write my name down, I put MONDAY, and she said ok. Fine. I go by today (MONDAY) and it's not even ready. FINE. They give me a RUSH ticket stating it will be ready after 5 pm. FINE. I get there at 615 pm and there's this guy in his boxers , sandals just sitting on the desk looking like he is reminiscing about life. I told him my name and he couldn't find it. Finally found the top and bottom and PROCEEDED to tell me the top isn't even ready. It's TWO pieces, a rush was put on it and I dropped it fromLast week and STILL NOT ready ?! Yes. I was mad. Then he had the audacity to give me a rude attitude " can't you just wait 5 min?" When I say I was fuming. Then after he does this shirt , "I'll take the $1 rush fee off ". No shit. And he's like " a I told you I'll take the $1 fee off didnt I say that?" RUDE as can be. I've never experienced such a RUDE person and rude customer service. Ever. DO NOT GO HERE. Stay as far away. Period.

When you walk in and are asked if you're a new customer with an annoyed tone and then laughed at because you request the shirts back the next day, yeah nope! There are plenty of other dry cleaners around.

Horrible, I have not met someone in any business who is as rude and condescending as that guy. I am not sure if he is the owner of the business but if he is, I hope he goes out of business soon with that attitude
