“I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.”
“They are my local shop and besides having great prices they are also very nice to work with. Everyone from the owner to the employees are welcoming and make going there enjoyable.”
“Always has what i need and huge selecrion. The one negative is they need more aisle assistance during night hours, although, if you do find help they are very knowledgeable in each trade. Prices are competitive with the other big company L***s.”
“My husband and I are redoing our bathroom, and of corse bought the tub with the wrong side drain... needless to say the two of us are standing in the middle of the tub isle arguing because I can't find what I want! Along came Al who saved the day!!! Al went above and beyond to find what we wanted, took the time to make sure it was not damaged, and was a pleasure the whole time!! Thank you Home Depot for hiring such an amazing person!”
“Update: The florist replaced the flowers next day. Photo attached at the end of photos. (Previous review: I received a delivery today at 6pm from Sunrise Greenery and half of the flowers were dead/dying. What a shame. See photos. I will call the store in the morning to see if they will make this right. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.)”
