Terrible experience from start to finish. We were lied to about our delivery range and they tried moving it out several times. We asked where our things were as they were going to start charging a holding fee and they wouldn’t tell us where the van was located. We fought back and forth for them to deliver by the end of their range and of course at the last minute they then said they’d have to push out another week.
The driver always threw his hands up and said it’s “them” and the dispatch always said the driver was in control. Everyone pointing the finger at everyone else. Finally, things are delivered and with a few damaged items but not the end of the world, right? We showed the driver and “gosh, this had never happened before” - there must have been a leak somehow.” Fine, things happen and thankfully it was only two boxes so we filed the claim and our driver blamed us saying we left a bottle of water in the boxes and so our claim was denied. I can’t believe he lied to our faces. He tried to arrange for himself to pay at delivery and now I know why - he had planned to cover himself as I’m sure it looks bad to have these sorts of claims against him.
I will tell everyone that will listen to never use NorthAmerican Moving and Beltline.

They did a nice job with my items. Very professional The hardest thing is getting a predictable delivery date. It it not easy to coordinate all that is required in a move without it.

Everything went smoothly. Our mover Bill was terrific. He arrived at our move from and move to locations exactly as he told us. Everything was expertly loaded and unloaded. We were very pleased.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of being associated with. The held my stuff hostage, tried to force me to pay extra for my stuff after they held it, the first time around, without my permission and then made the entire experience a horror show. At the point all of my stuff is presumed gone, trashed, destroyed, and there is nothing I can do about it but write reviews and make complaints to make sure that what happened to me doesn't happen to someone else

North American First Class Movers were fabulous.They were flexible in moving up our move date, our driver Mirza was the best and this group delighted us.We have moved 15 plus times and this was one of the smoothest.Thank you

So North American Van Lines, writ large, I've had good experiences with. Not this contractor. Confusion all up and down the chain about when and how delivery would be made, an unresponsive "move coordinator," and nearly every box I shipped was crushed. It's like they threw the sofa on top of all the boxes...a couple times. Steel beans were bent, hardwood furniture destroyed, boxes opened and rifled through.

I will NEVER use this moving company again! they not only damaged several items , but lost several boxes. They tell you you are insured and to just file a claim , but when you do, they don't deliver. They have an antiquated system as it pertains to keeping track of your boxes and the movers who delivered my things could not be bothered when I told them I was missing boxes. no scanning system, no way of locating your stuff. the adjuster actually said to me that some else could have my stuff but unless they return it it's nothing they can do. really? was basically told that they couldn't find my stuff and too bad, they're not gonna do anything about it. If you value any of your belongings DO NOT use them.

The owner has called my personal cell phone multiple times but hung up on me mid-sentence. It was kind of rude and they buy leads from scam marketing places.

I don't usually write reviews but I am beyond frustrated. During our move they they broke our $1000 TV, and two expensive, one of a kind lighting fixtures that we got at a boutique. The mover working for the company told us to take photos of the damaged items and dispose of them. We did just so, as we do not have room to store broken televisions in our condo for 3 months. We took precise photos with the DATE stamped and packaging still on the items from the move, with clear damages. Also have a receipt for new TV we had to buy. I went through the claims process, and they denied the claim on two items, and gave a quote for a cheap $300 light from wayfair, "similar" to our chandelier that broke.

I searched high and low for a long distance mover to move my moms most precious possessions to New York from Boynton Beach, Florida. I FINALLY was fortunate enough to find First Class. And they are what their name is. FIRST CLASS! They handled everything with care! Packing certain items that were fragile, but they handled everything like it was fragile. From the moment Anthony Redmond arrived (on time) to pick up the merchandise (on time), right through to the delivery (on time). Everyone was professional, pleasant, and accommodating. Mostly, I dealt with a young woman named Jennifer Stadler who orchestrated the whole move from beginning to end. She didn't even lose her cool when I called her constantly and drove her crazy!! She just continued to put my mind at ease and after all was said and done she was right. I had nothing to worry about. So, if you're moving across the street or across the world don't hesitate to call First Class Moving Systems, Inc. You'll be happy you did!!! I'm

Awful. Worked with suddhath. Broke several things in transit (things that they packed). We also purchased the extra insurance and they don't cover anything. Very dishonest company.
