Great Experience with Nine Lives Cat Hospital and Dr Sam Frank. He took care of my new kitty, did all the tests and neutered him. Very knowledgable, professional and caring Doctor. His office staff is very nice too, they called me after my cat had his surgery to check on his well-being. I would recommend Dr Frank to my family and friends, he is very caring and attentive doctor.

Sam is a Godsend!! I don't know what I would have done without his advice. I don't even live in Florida and I do not own a cat... I had a very, very sick dog and none of the vets that I saw in California were explaining what might be the cause of my dog's ailment. Dr. Frank took so much time out of his night to vigilantly go over the blood panels and tests that I had gotten done and his suggestions most definitely saved my dog's life. There is not a better, more qualified and compassionate Vet out there!! I only wish he lived in California. I cannot recommend Dr. Frank enough.

Dr. Sam is the best! He and his staff take great pride in keeping the kitties healthy while making sure the “parents” are involved in the care. I travel to 9 Lives Cat Hospital and trip is definitely worth it!

Dr. Frank has been caring for our 2 Persians and has been extremely thorough and careful on diagnosing their issues and presenting options. Without going into the details, let’s say they are now living a healthy vibrant life. We have had cats for decades and have used several vets and Dr. Frank is at the top.

I took my cat to see Dr. Frank. He is fantastic! He is very friendly and did a great job examining my cat. He wanted to run a Senior blood panel. Why I'm giving him 2 stars because if you go to him you better bring all of your money, gold, diamonds and your first born! His office visit is $135. Most vets charge $60-80. The senior blood panel was $609. So when I left I had to pay a total of $744. He called me later that day and wanted to run a different blood test that cost me $91. So now I paid a total of $835 just for a single visit! He called again and said my cat needed antibiotics. I went the next day and picked up the medicine which was $85. I was very disappointed in paying that amount of money because both the antibiotics he prescribed, for humans, it would've been a zero copay. It was prednisone and erythromycin. Both those drugs are free at Publix. So my one visit cost me close to $1000. He wanted me to come back so he could run one my blood test, but I simply couldn't afford it! After the medicine my cat felt better. I'm warning you he is a wonderful doctor but he's so incredibly expensive. If you don't mind paying $1000 per visit then I highly recommend him.

This is the Best Cat Hospital ever! We were a client for 18 years. Our Beloved Cat Rudy (18yr) passed on March 4th. Dr Frank and his Staff are knowledgeable and very caring. One visit and this will be your only Kitty Vet!

I really don't typically write negative reviews, but I find myself feeling disappointed and frustrated and thought I should share my experience - and I never even got through to make an appointment!I was anxious to build a relationship with a new vet and bring my new kitten in for an exam and neutering. I figured what a better place to bring a new kitty but to a place that ONLY treats cats! :-)So I called Nine Lives last week, someone answered the phone, I said I was a potential new client and had a couple questions. She asked if she could put me on hold and go to the front desk. And then I waited -- for at least 15 minutes, and no one ever came back to the phone. I made the assumption that she would surely look at her caller ID and call me back - but she never did.Today I called again, first thing in the morning at 8:30. I left a message on the voicemail asking if someone would please call me. I never got a call.I find this shocking because the reviews all look wonderful, which was why I decided to call in the first place.I'm moving on to another vet.

Dr. Frank is the best Veterinarian I ever had. He is an expert on all things Cats. If you own and love your Cats, then you need to use Dr. Frankel ONLY! His Staff are top notch as well.

I loved being in this calm office! No dogs is great for my cat - I’m not the best “Vet Visit Parent”, but Dr. Frank and his staff made it easy.
