This i am writing this review in the chair getting my pedicure the service isn’t even done yet ! To how amazing LOUIS WAS !! HE TOOK MY INGROWN out which was killing me he spoke enough English to understand everything i needed ! My experience is and was amazing ?? i have officially found my new nail technician .

I came and got my pedicure done today. And after that i paid 70$ for this s*** got in my car 10' and look like s*** and never again... swear! I'm a easy person but this is just too much for me. I'm sorry but i have to say it. Soo bad. Not good at all... please i hope you guys make it better...and she fk burned my feet with the hot stone... terrible...

I got a pedi and mani with Christina. Everything I come she is amazing always talks and so sweet. She does eye brows too. The vibe perfect.... love coming here..

When I came in the person who does customer service insulted me in his native language, which made the janitor crack up. That is what they do. Not the first time either. All they want to do is roast you or whatever you are getting done. The other customers notice also. When I asked him to repeat it he deflected.

I requested a mani pedi with gel and acrylic my pedicure was done amazing so I spent the 55$ for it but when it comes to the nails ... oh my god .. yall 70$ for a real short basic french set... then add on gel so it can last a little longer , basically everything was going to be over 130$ it was horrible in price and service , I waited 20 minutes for a nail tech to come do mine because i was complaining on wait time. . I didn't even finish my nails because of it . they tried charging me extra because I asked for a simple design . I had to call the police because to remove something I don't even like aka my mani it was 30$ it wasn't even finished not halfway completed. I'll never come back here again horrible experience ever. y'all should close down!

I only add 2 stars because of the 2 technicians who were nice and did good job. Management is not great. I am searching for new salon.

Went in for gel mani and pedi. The tech did a great job with the polish but as for the service that comes with a mani pedi like the oil and message, didn’t get . Hands and feet still dry and ashy. It wasn’t cheap either $80 for half the effort. Very disappointing. I don’t treat my self to these things often and when I do I like the get the full experience.

Came for a pedicure but what I got was an unpleasant experience. I usually get a full set service and intermittent pedicures. No issue until today when I sat down with a young woman. I'm not sure of her name but I can say instead of giving me the pedicure that makes it a good experience she began with attitude once I asked her if she could push back my cuticles. I know my feet she instead rushed the service and my feet were literally done under 13 minutes. I timed the service once I saw her attitude. Her name is Angela or Angelina. Not a good experience and I never want another service from this woman ever again.

I used to like this place. They do accommodate you at last minute without appointments but their nails colors selection is terrible! They don’t even have most colors from their own palettes. Then when I choose what I want, they don’t do it right. For nail selection go to big nail salons like Venetian or Posh nails. Not here.

I’ve been coming here for years, they up their prices from 23.00 to now 30.00 for pedicure. I would not mind paying if the job was done right. I asked Lisa for the Square shape but got some round and square, I also asked for the color White bunny but got white instead. Uhrrr
