The service was terrible I will never ever go back no one greeted you when you walked in they have the inexperiene young men working on your hands and feet they use the drill so deep to where my toe started to bleed under my toe nail the water was very hot ...they didn't offer options like the metal potatoe skin pealer or pumice stone their materials were dirty had left over skin especially on the foot prop object from previously customers. I invited a friend they were unhappy as well, we both paid for a service that was never fulfilled they really half assed us but met us at the desk with their hands out after the poor service waiting to collect funds and the guy didn't understand English and charged my card for more money than he was supposed to "THE WORST SERVICE BY FAR"

They owner Linda is amazing, but she's one person. She has a bunch of kids working there. They cut you aren't professional and when you insist it hurts or some discomfort they are so rude and nasty about it. I wouldn't recommend going due to the lack of customer service

I read some great reviews and decided well let's give it a shot. When I got there it was busy a good sign. They sent a 17 yr old high school kid to to work on me. He proceeds to cut me and panic, to many layers of polish and insists over and over that I should do gel polish. With the nails he does the same ti much polish. As I expected neither dried and were already smooshed. He sees bad nail as I pay and says something and owner is suddenly at my side says I fix !! And says "this why we say use gel!!" Really???! She proceeded to ad more polish tell me dry in front of a fan after few she says you good. This cost 51.00 for just a regular mani pedi!!! I went the grocery store and when I get back to my car not one nail was saved all the polish was smeared or coming off in chunks still gooey!! When I get home my toes did no better!! All that money to come home and take off all the polish. Not returning at all teenage boys should not be doing nails !! She may be good at putting on tips but sucks with customer service !!!

Wow I went to Linda, she did my pedicure. She took her time !!! Scrubbed my feet to perfection. Very pleasant and patient. I will be coming back she definitely gained a new client .

Why does a basic no polish fill cost $40 when the fullset I got two weeks ago I paid $45. a pedi is $38 and my foot didn’t even soak for more than 5 mins after waiting 30 mins for them to open . The numbers are not adding up . This place has changed and it shows in many areas sorry Linda customer service went down and prices went up

I've gone multiple times and have unfortunately been disappointed in every design and nail service. They do great pedicures which is why I kept a few more stars! Before starting any appointment I've constantly asked if they do designs and show them the photos I am interested in. They have always said yes they can but I wish they would have told me they didn't understand or couldn't do it. I just kept being told yes and being pushed through the appointment. I also asked for my nails to be cut since they are too long for me, and then they didn't cut them but instead decided to file them down. I attached reference photos to one of the designs I was looking for and then what I had received. I only showed one for nail tip reference and the other for the face. The literal tips of my nails were painted instead of normal tips being painted on and they wouldn't add a base color to make the sparkles layer and show. They tried to paint the scream face but didn't understand the reference and didn't realize it needed to be a face with a mouth. Every time I questioned them during my nail service I was reassured that they understood. I was just so disappointed and really wish I would have been told no in the beginning as I would have went somewhere else.

JULIE & LINDA Are the absolute queens when it comes to the locks Mani/Pedis They are beyond sweet and accommodating ...When it comes to LINDA hands down I live in Boca she is 1000×1,000,000×1,000,000,000,000 times infinity completely worth the drive from Boca even during rush hour's 45-55 minute drive. I have no idea how she comes up with these perfect designs every time surprising me with the newest nail products & her already mastered ability to do either the "Other Basic ~Other Nail Salon's technique or always permission she always finds a way to add her own above The average personal touch in every masterpiece she completes. Her Professionalism/Design/Passion/Mastered Various Techniques/Always Has the newest trending Products available All her work & also very compassionate overall human being... Has never fallen short of anything but jaw-dropping gorgeous perfection... Hands-down my ultimate favorite addiction now is her impeccable almost to perfect ability to make a long coffin shape or stiletto Ombre colored nails with individualized Crystallized designs. Ask for Julie and LINDA you'll never be disappointed the design shape length type of nail technique price is un-beatable Over all my most favorite experience I get to enjoy at CREATIVE NAIL SALON & SPA is actual relaxation The 27 mile Drive Is totally worth it... I have never once had an issue every employee is more than generous & polite. Any time I show a picture of which shape or design I am trying to achieve I always get just a more upgraded version of the Google picture I showed as an example. Only time I don't get exactly what design I had in mind is whenever I can't decide. That's when I tell LINDA to do what she does Best and then I don't have to stress or worry about making any decisions knowing that regardless at the end of the night my nails are going to look flawless. The good : Courteous staff and the lady doing my pedicure did a good job. The bad: I did a mani with SNS dip one solid color, no design, no tips, just my nail and the dip came off in 6days (I normally get 2-3 weeks off of it) The staff does not take polite request/ Criticism very well. I asked for the dip not to be too thick (it was) the guy was upset I asked/ commented on the thickness. I asked to fix a small smudge I noticed while in the pedicure chair, my request was met with annoyance. The conversations in the foreign language were directed at me ... based on the staff actions, reactions while I was in the mani chair. The entire mani/ pedi with sns came up to $87 not including tip. And 7 days later I am doing my own nails again. I don't recommend. My first time experience.... Will be my last. Additionally I went at a non busy time. Wednesday around 11am.

First time here. Was approached right away. Informed them that I wanted a pedicure. Sat in the chair. 15 mins go by. No one came to service me. But serviced two people that came after me. Very disappointed. Poor customer service.
