This company doesn’t want to change batteries after buying the watches from them
After you send them to the headquarters the watch stop working with in 12 months

I was told before purchasing my watch that the front glass was made of sapphire crystal and that the glass was scratch resistance. I was also told it had a lifetime warranty if anything happened to it. I went into the store thinking they would honor the warranty, I was turned around and told they couldn’t help me and gave me customer services number to deal with. I was lied too and now I have to mail the watch in and wait for a price on fixing or replace this glass. Watch was 4 months old when I got the scratch. I won’t ever buy a watch from this store again. Be aware before you buy from this spot.

I called the store to find out where they were located and about battery change. All they cared about was to tell me the price but did not tell me the ‘machine compressor’ was not working and I would have to wait 1:30 hour for a battery change! I drove 10 miles to get it do e and totally wasted my time. Really did not expect this level of service from Movado.

I walked into this location on a whim and was really glad I did.I was serviced by Abdul and Alain. Both gentlemen, very personable, knowledgable and attentive and engaging.I've been a fan of the Movado brand since they enlisted Kerry Washington as their brand Ambassador in 2005, before social media had the power to hold luxury brand accountable for lack of diversity. That and, my family has been a huge fan of the iconic design for years. I've always had a positive experience with the company, but after last night's experience, I felt even more compelled to detail my experience.Thank you gentlemen and thank you, Movado, for being a pioneer in the game.
