I got a wallet as a Christmas gift from this place , I wanted to do a refund for it (with the product in the original box in pristine conditions without ever been used) but because of "STORE POLICY" that they display in a minuscule sign in front of the register (probably designed to not be noticed before you pay ) or that is written in the receipt (that they conveniently gave you after you already paid for the product ), I really feel like they have this very UNFAIR policy displayed and managed in a very unfair and improper way! I'm always been a lover of montblanc products but this experience talks very bad about the brand!
