Pumps are not running with easy and updated equipment or point of sail technology like tap scan for Apple Pay. There is only one pump for diesel and not much for store items it’s very small

Why have cards shut off at the pumps, so you have to go in and pay, when they only had one cashier. Had to wait for someone to play lottery before I could get gas. Be considerate!

I needed some but didn't want to use the ATM because I was in Florida on vacation and didn't want to trigger a security alert on my chase account. Just to get some cash at the teller took 15 minutes with only one individual in front of me. To begin with, this location is not a good one for a bank. It is recessed in this low activity mall and I had to drive in a loop exiting off Oakland Park to New 47-50th Street. The branch has free parking which is limited at the main entrance. However, there are reserved parking for wheelchair ♿ accessible parking available. There were atms both inside and outside the building

There’s a young black guy with dreads his name starts with a “ M “ he was on the phone having a full conversation , laughing having a great time on his cell phone .I had to repeat myself over a few times telling him I wanted to check the price on a drink and the pump number as there was a line behind me. Very unprofessional. Phone needs to be utilized on breaks not while on the clock.
