If I can give a negative review I would Johanna and the manager on duty today (A gentleman), were very rude and not helpful at all. They stated they couldn’t give me the 20% off that the other coworker told me about 2 hours prior. I was stating the price the lady told me again I went 2 hours prior and they didn’t want to honor it. As the manager on duty he didn’t tell me his name he rang me up under Johanna numbers, as he rang me up the price was the price that I had said it would be and they kept insisting the price was $179. They were in the wrong and at the end after I bought the bag they didn’t even have the decency to apologize for all the back and forth and for being very rude and disrespectful towards me. Never once apologized for the inconvenience or the misunderstanding. Worst team at the Michael kors men’s! NEVER EVER AM I GOING THERE ! Disappointed and the disrespectful customer service they had!

It was a pretty good experience today at Michael Kors, they had everything I was looking for. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the store stock because I was looking for something I had seen online and did not see it in the store and they automatically said we have it in the back so that made my day
