WORST experience I ever had in All my years with Metro PCS. They didn't even deserve a 1. The so called Mgr named Juan was the rudest Person I have ever dealt with. His attitude, body language and tone were very condescending. Told me when you buy a phone they don't transfer your contacts or photos and said I have to do it myself. I reported to corporate and I will NEVER go there or recommend this store.

Rodnesha provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable of the phones and curtious. I would recommend her to everyone. I rate my experience a 10 out of 10. The owner of this Metro franchise needs to acknowledge herprofessional work ethic. I was very satisfied.

I had the worst ordeal and their the representative wasn't making any commission off of me so she didn't want to help meI want to add that someone wrote on this review that was from higher up they left their email and I emailed them with no response back from them I think it was just a tactic to make them look good

My old phone stopped working so I had to get a new one, I went to this location in my search for a new device and one of the workers (I believe his name was Alex) helped me decide between all of my options and even helped me set it up. I was surprised at how great the service was and was able to buy the phone I wanted and get in and out quick. Keep it up guys!

The employee Alex deserves a raise asap?! Hands down he's super fast and handles an army of customers in a couple minutes leaving everyone satisfied. Being patient with this one lady yelling in his face for a problem out of his control I gotta say I love this guy he's definitely the captain of the ship here. If you want good service ask for Alex

This store is amazing, clean and friendly staff! The tall guy Alex was SUPER helpful. He is always able to help me with fixing my phone and I come in very frequently, even helping my connect my Bluetooth to my car! This is my metro store I go to forever even though it's a little far

I love this Metro store, especially the customer service representative. I forgot his name but he is very tall with glasses. On my receipt it says ABlack, he was super awesome. Great service, he explained everything about my phone and took his time to download everything from my old phone, to my new phone. His service was so great, I actually came there for help with my old phone and ended up purchasing a new phone! The female representative was nice too. But the guy, ABlack was the best, Mr Metro, if u reading this ABlack is an asset to your business. I had a great, wonderful, joyous experience. Everyone should visit this Metro store. Kind, caring customer service representatives.
