Mario is an incredibly knowledgeable cyclist with a strong background in the product he sells. He takes the time to sit with you and ensure you’re truly getting the correct bike. I purchased an FS Specialized MTB from Mega and it was a 10/10 experience. This is not an REI or DICKS, his shop is the real deal and if you want a great bike, price, and experience don’t go anywhere else. He genuinely cares about the rider and his community. Also, shoutout to Stephen and Dimitri who were working with Mario on a Sunday to ensure bikes were going out the door. 10/10.

we went to a few bicycle shops in the area and no one was friendly. then we walked into mega cycle and they were super friendly, got us exactly what we needed and provided exceptional service. Many more purchases to be made here and it all started with having friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Every Wednesday evening, this shop hosts some sort of parking lot takeover. Cyclists ride through the parking lot, up on the walkway, blowing through stop signs and going against traffic flow. One almost hit me, and I was barely moving. Parking lots are not a good place for such a large number of cyclists and there is a high risk of an accident with all the cars. The shop needs to move their meet-up to a safer place. A call to the police may be necessary next time.

If I could rate it with 0, that would be ideal. In addition to being very expensive, the store offers general bike maintenance, but when you take a bike that was not purchased at the store, they mistreat you, belittling your product with arrogant and rude staff.

I brought my front wheel in for service (two broken spokes after an object in wheel then OTB incident). The crew at the shop were very friendly and got the wheel fixed up in short order. The repair price was extremely reasonable, in fact it was about half of their initial estimate.
For comparison, I got stranded with a flat a few months ago around Hillsboro inlet, and the bike-shop on that corner charged me the same amount for sealant and air as I paid for the wheel repair at Mega Cycle.

Excellent Experience with Specialized Kids 2023 Riprock Purchase!
I recently purchased the Specialized Kids 2023 Riprock 24 for my 6-year-old son from Mega Cycle, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping us find the perfect bike for my son’s need and even gave us discount to make us even feel better~
My son absolutely loves it!
The team took the time to explain all of its features and even made sure the modify sit and handle and all the accessories (Loved the water bottle & case) to fit was just right for him. They went above and beyond to ensure he was happiest kid with confident and excited to ride.
If you’re looking for a high-quality kids’ bike and great customer service, I highly recommend Mega Cycle. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and my son now can’t wait to ride.

I would like to acknowledge the amazing variety of bikes, excellent customer service, incredible prices, and savings at Mega Cycle. I visited the store with a specific bike in mind, but Mario guided me to choose the right bike for my needs. He was knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured to buy. The store offers a great variety of bikes at fantastic prices. I highly recommend Mega Cycle, and be sure to ask for Mario for the best advice.

Even they don't sale certain bike parts, not even try to help and give me options.
All the negatives reviews are justified.
You guys will never have my business and I discouraged family and friends to shop at your location.
