“Needed oxygen for my mom in Miami- couldn’t find anyone willing or able to help, she had insurance but other companies couldn’t provide the oxygen on time. Finally got approval 3 weeks after!! If it wasn’t for Walter we would be in dire straits. He stayed late so my husband could pick up a machine and we drove it down to her.
