This place is God awful, not only are some the Groomers not properly trained, a lot of the time they actually injured the pets that the people in trust to their care, and take no responsibility for their actions, I really don't recommend going here at all, plus management really needs to figure out how to actually offer a discount, they tell you "they are giving a limited time discount of 10% or $5off" In reality the only discount they have is $5 off, even when they supposedly are offering 10% off you actually just getting $5 off, in any case The Owner of place is very nice, but the people running her business are not.

We use their services for years besides some little miscommunication never had a problem. Tried other groomers but always returned. Recommend.

Yesterday I had an appointment for my lovely Maltese called Penelope and the groomer was amazing, she did a wonderful job. I have booked many times for a long time and they always do a good job, they take care of your babies and they call if your dog has knots and they are always honest with the job. the price is ok because they come to your house in the hour that you can and they call you if something happens. all the groomers are professional and really kind. Sometimes they have discounts that helping you with your pockets lol. Full recommend.

Called today and they came out from Weston to Boca late in the day. The groomer did a great job on a very dirty little dog. Great job. ?

We just had our dog groomed from the mobile service.I will say the GENTLEMAN did an amazing job with our dog.The one star review comes from Isabelle or Grace - whichever was on the phone at 5:00PM today.We called for the service - and she asked if we needed deshedding on the coat. It would be $115.We stated we own a short haired Doberman and would not need this service. We were then quoted $95.The service gentleman came, completed the service and took payment for the $95 + tip.He then received communication from Isabelle/Grace that he needed to be more responsible with money and the difference of $20 would come out of his pocket. Which is 100% illegal.We overheard this and spoke to Isabelle/Grace as we don’t agree with mistreating employees no matter what service industry they’re in.Here, Isabelle/Grace verbally assaulted us and called us names.We of course paid the addition $20 because it wasn’t the gentleman’s responsibility.I live in a 150 unit luxury apartment building and will NEVER suggest this company due to Isabelle/Grace.We share services used in this building all the time - even the management uses my mechanic now.They lost out on a great opportunity and service area due to how Isabelle/Grace spoke to a CUSTOMER.We will never support a company that threatens their employees or calls customers names.I sincerely hope this gentleman finds a new job, and we will find a new mobile groomer.

BEWARE !!!!Don’t ever send your dogs here or call for mobile grooming. I’ve had the worst experience ever.I gave them multiple chances & it’s always a disappointment. Super unprofessional, they messed up my dogs cuts 3 times .. cut my dogs to where they were bleeding & instead of rectifying the situation & taking care of the service for a customer of 3 years .. the owner made decisions that just lost them another customer. This place needs to just be shut down at this point. & they lie like no other !!

These people are the worst! My actual rating is zero stars??♀️ If you love your pet (and your peace of mind), please don't us them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Unprofessional, unreliable, poor communication, and (to top it off) horrible service. I do NOT recommend. ??❌??

Not sure how this place is still in business. All I hear about it is that dogs have died in their care and been severely injured and I know as a fact my dog will never be near this awful company

Run just run from any business associated with this lady. Her mobile pet grooming staff have responsible for more than one friends dog's demise stay away at all costs.

Maryeli's is used by several of my neighbors. I decided to try them out after waiting five hours for my dog to be finished at Petco last time. They answered the phone right away and were able to take care of my dogs the same day. We agreed on 4:30-5:00 pm. Then I got a text that they would be there at 2:14 to 3:14. I was at work and couldn't be there earlier than the previously schueduled time. The staff understood and we agreed on 4:00 pm. I flew home and they arrived at 5:00 pm. I was happy with the grooming. The service was fast and the groomer was willing to use our own sensitive skin shampoo. Both dogs look great. Most important, they were not having an itching fit like they usually do after most groomings. They were happy, not traumatized. Both dogs were hungry so I fed and walked them. While waiting, I read their reviews and got nervous. Once our first dog was done, I relaxed knowing that everything was going to be okay. I will be using MaryEli's in the future.

Stay away from them. They cut my dogs nails and ledt her bleeding. Groomer told my 8 year old about the dog bleeding from both her paws and assumed she would tell me, which she didnt, cause she was told by groomer he had already stop the bleeding . I didnt realized till i saw blood all over my bed and drops of blood all over my floor. When i reached out to owner she send guy back and his answer was that he would just put powder. I called her back and she was rude and told me it was my responsibility. I ended up bringing her to vet and it ends up that they over cut not only one but multiple of her nails to which one of them that was the worst had to be saturated to stop the bleeding. Vet said that usually to get a cut so far in the dog has to be sedated cause the pain its horrible. I can only imagine the pain my dog felt. I tried reaching back out to owner and she doesnt answer my phone. Didnt even offer to give my money back. Neddles to say customer service its horrible. Reached back out to her to see if she was going to do something yesterday she proceeded to tell me thst she wasn't that I was an opportunist trying to make money off of her business that i probably dont have anything and thats why I want my money back. She went crazy on the phone once again. Told me that she dares me to sue her cause she will win this case. I thankfully have recording of the whole conversation and i did let her know i was recording it. She told me if i reach back i to her she will call the police and accuse me of harrasing her. That the only way she would pay me is if a judge tells her to. She told me i was rude and uneducated which i wasnt i was a calm as I could be she was the one going all crazy.

This was the most horrible experience I've had as a customer with a grooming company. I don't typically leave reviews but this service was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others of what to expect.The appointment was scheduled for 5pm. At 6:50 I was still waiting for the groomer to show up. Not only that, while I was waiting, no one called to update me on the ETA of the groomer. I had to be the one calling to find out why the groomer was delayed. They kept giving me unrealistic wait times saying that the groomer would arrive in 30 minutes and had me waiting another whole hour and AGAIN no one reached out to me to let me know what was going on. The customer service was so poor that they even gave me attitude when I called for an update and expressed my frustration about the almost 2 hour delay.This experience left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. I just could not believe the low standard of professionalism and customer service displayed by this company. I don't know how they're still in business treating customers this way.

Very unprofessional and do horrible work. Groomer was 30 minutes late on 2/18 for a full groom on 2/18 and my dogs face wasn’t cut at all. When I called the next day to have someone come out. I was told someone can come out on 2/20 at 6pm for a curtesy to shave her face, no one showed up and when I called the customer service apparently groomer is having “problems” and I can reschedule tomorrow. Of course at this point I got the clue and declined services. The groomer having any issues should’ve been communicated with me from customer service. I Will never use them again save your time and money. Now, I have to pay someone else to work over their work.

Any store claiming to sell puppies from "hobby breeders" is a puppy mill. No ethical and responsible breeder would allow their puppies to be sold at a pet store that hands out puppies to whoever has the money without any screening. Reputable breeders OFA, Pennhip, and title their dogs in conformation before deciding whether the dog should be bred, which a pet store dog will never have.

Goes by multiple names with multiple numbers. Groomer was super nice and caring with my dog, Luke over the top, but had was not notified beforehand thst they would only have ice cold water so I provided her with a pot of hot water to mix in but im not sure how much that helped. If I'd known that'd I'd have absolutely gone elsewhere.
