I was over at Marc Jacob’s and I bought a purse from them and left and after about 10 minutes I realized I did not want it and tried returning it but apparently they have a no return policy which is does not make sense and is not fair towards us. They also forgot to mention about the return policy only until after we bought the item. A man named Victor who was not very helpful and incompetent towards me and my mother. I personally do not recommend shopping here because of this policy.

Never buy anything from this store.No refund, exchanges. I understand the no refund policy, but no exchanges? Anyway people just go to the real store and buy the product. At least you can exchange or return it

The price is certainly amazing! I always buy some gifts for my friends here but they pretend to not have their shopping bags in stock and even though they have it and are rude about it. The male cashier was extremely silly about it twice in the past. I just do not understand what the big deal is to give their shopping bag because I saw some there under their counter. So if it’s a gift and you want their shopping bags for gifts or whatever reason, make sure with them before you even bring to the register, otherwise do not buy here.

This is store is so unprofessional, judgmental, and lacking class. My friend and I walked into the store and started browsing. Our husbands came in with us and one of us had a straw cup with water. We did not know we could t drink in the store but we were very well informed when the ginger headed male shouted to us from across the store floor, saying: SORRY SIR NO DRINKING OR EATING IN THE STORE. The approach was super embarrassing and super unprofessional (I used to work at a high end retail store for many years and you just don't address a customer like that). We then started to inquire on a few bags and when he noticed we weren't interested in high priced merchandise, he started to grow uninterested in helping us. I then glanced at one of the bags, asked how much it was, and decided to ask him to purchase it. He then told one of the employees to grab it from the back. They brought it to him and he left it in the counter and walked away to man the door because the had to control the crown coming into the store but never advised another employee to charge me. So I ended up standing there waiting to get charged, all while him and his other employees continued to WATCH ME as if I had no reason to be in the store. It wasn't under the girl that was charging her customer glanced over and asked me if I needed any further help as if saying: Why am I still there? And I responded telling her that Im waiting to get charged for the bag that was placed on the counter right in front of me and her response was: Oh that register isn't working you'll have to come to over to this one. So I was basically left on that side of the counter, waiting for someone to assist me, however, the person who assisted me (which I will acknowledge again as the rude and unprofessional ginger male), left me there without having another employee take care of me, all while he watch me from the door as if I was a criminal waiting to snatch a purse. I'll never return to this Marc Jacob store; I'd much rather take my money to another store that sells Marc Jacobs handbags.

This outlet store is located in the Colonnade section of the sawgrass mall here in South Florida. To get to the store or you can just park in the ample parking lot of Sawgrass Mills and just walk to get to the store but you need to know that they won’t let you in unless you’re wearing a mask and they have space inside for you to enter because they limit the capacity, which I loved!I wish I could buy everything in here :)The prices here are wonderful, the service is great, and the way they have everything set up was so nice and organized.Everyone working here was wearing their mask at all times.
