Upon doing a return, The sales lady accused me of washing a pair of pants that my husband did not like. Not only did I not wash the pants because my husband simply did just not like them, but this sales person did not ask and accused me of something I did not do, she made the other sales person smell the pants she kept insisting it had lint like being washed. I’ve never been so embarrassed and humiliated by something I did not do. The sales person then proceeded to be rude upon asking me my email for the return when she clearly spoke English, broken or not. But requesting that I give it to her in Spanish, what if she did not know, I spoke Spanish. And only spoke to her in English? Was she not going to be able to help me? Terrible customer service. This just happened less than 30 min ago and I am furious. Never shopping here again.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Lucky Brand outlet at Sawgrass Mills. While browsing with my friend Travis and my dog, Mr. Steven Spielberg, I discovered a great pair of relaxed-fit jeans that fit perfectly. I also came across an irresistibly cute pair of brown shorts adorned with khaki-colored peace signs—definitely a unique find! Travis found a couple of stylish shirts, and the store clerk was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my online purchase and ensuring I received my discounts. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasure to shop there. Although I didn’t catch her name, her assistance made my day. If you’re visiting Sawgrass Mills, I highly recommend stopping by this Lucky Brand outlet. You won’t be disappointed!

These are my favorite jeans. Comfortable and available for all shapes and sizes. As a guy I always have a hard time finding jeans that fit my thick thighs and bulbous calves. Lucky Brand has great deals and they’re typically helpful in finding the right jeans for you

I’ve come here multiple times to return a few shirts I bought before Christmas and this store is always closed -it was closed for the full day on January 4th with a sign announcing this and when I arrived the following day it was closed that day too! I just drove back here from the Florida keys to return these shirts and it’s closed again! It’s 8pm and everything online says they should be open till 9pm! I’m going to complain to corporate

Got in trouble by the woman at the counter for unfolding tshirts and looking at them. I unfolded 5 shirts. Seriously lady? How do you expect us to shop. SMH
