Store #8050 in the tiles department there a young lady by the name of Nisi Nisey today date it 6/10/2024 time 6:50 pm notice the young lady standing around taking to two couples about her personal life that have nothing to do with tiles found a sales associate that was passing by asked him to help me and he told me there a young lady that works there so I ask him can he help he try to help but later said he don’t know much about the department and call the young lady on the store phone and she said she will come help wait for sometime and I left to the front at customer service to ask for a manager and the guy at the front desk said the manager walked to the back her name is Rosie while I’m talking to the guy in the front desk the manager Rosie comes out from the side room and didn’t even try to acknowledge the situation and continue about her day I just need corporate to review because I think they need better training and customer service which would be the lady in the back (NISEY) the guy in the front customer service and the manager (Rosie) something got to be done at that location please!!!!

Bought hurricne Windows and doors from them. They set me up on a payment plan that was supposed to be for 7 years now after two years of paying. Now they charged me $15,000 dollars in interest which was not agreed upon in the payment plan. Now my payment went from $200 a month to $1,000. I have been transferred 6 times today. I feel they set me up for a predatory loan. Now they made their money they dont care about helping a loyal customer.

We went to look for a stove and the person who helped us, Nohelia, was very friendly, very helpful, she helped us with the questions we had and the purchase was easy, she explained it to us well even though it was late, she was in a good mood to help us and well, if you come and need help, you can ask. for her

The store staff were promp and friendly. Customer service Kalawatie was efficient and polite. Lowes are always a very nice place to visit

I will never come here for any of my home projects again. They don’t help you when needed or if you have questions. The employees are lazy they don’t care about helping their customers they will say anything and not give accurate information just to waste your time. Employees, Marlon and Peter are the worst, all they do is mislead customers. They won’t get another dime out of me.

The last 3 times I was here there were not any working wheelchair carts.
