Really poor experience. I wanted to get some shoes and I was completely ignored by the lady that worked there. She walked right past me to help another gentleman (which you can tell was doing better for himself financially than me lol). All to say very selective customer service in this location and left with a really poor experience. I’ll continue to go to the Miami District location.

Very pompous older man working there. We walked in looking to buy scarves, and I'm a huge fan of the brand. He was standing behind the register and looked at us, put his head down, and looked away. There was a nice woman working who did talk to us, but the store was such a mess we didn't feel like rummaging through everything.
