So I initially came to this store for some contacts but while there I decided to upgrade my glasses as well. Ludlow was my Optician and was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable! He listened to what my concerns were and found solutions for all of them. Now for the good part and where this location/staff really behaved outstandingly. For some reason...the lab...not once but twice...just refused to complete my order according to my specifications. I, of course, complained to Ludlow who then brought his Manager (Saskia) into the equation. I expressed my displeasure with the delay as well as the lab's inability to follow the directions Ludlow provided. Saskia was on it!!!! She immediately involved her superior all in an effort to sort this out. At no point did she blame the lab (even though it was the lab's fault and the cause for this mess). She owned the issue and went above and beyond to correct it. What is above and beyond you might ask? Well, Saskia...on her day off...traveled to another store that had lab capabilities and had them complete my order while she waited!!! What!!??? Who does that??? Saskia does!!!! Needless to say...because of Saskia and Ludlow...I will continue to do business with this location specifically! Honestly...I was all set to cancel the whole deal and go somewhere else that was not a LensCrafters but these two completely changed my mind. Well done!!!!

My technician Sarah was amazingly helpful and a delight to speak to. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Her approach to customer service and disposition should be used a model for training for all LensCrafters employees.

My husband and I visited for a routine check-up and were impressed by the exceptional customer service and warm hospitality. We were made to feel very welcome and our concerns were truly listened to. Our daughter was kindly attended to by Phillip, and Dr. Morsani was incredibly attentive and amiable. Even the staff on the sales floor were delightful. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

The Lens Crafter team is amazing, they were patient and knowledgeable. They waited for us even though they were about to close. Our designer glasses are gorgeous fit perfectly & we can also see perfect.

I have to say that my experience with the Eye care professionals at Lens Crafters on NW 136 has been by far outstanding! I especially want to thank Marta Ibarrola, assistant manager and Saskia Rodriguez, GM for making me feel so welcome and getting me fitted into the perfect glasses and contact lenses. Thank you to Dr. Emirit as well and the rest of the Lens crafters team. Two thumbs up!

Went in to fix something from my glasses I had bought at another’s Lens Crafters. They were super friendly and helpful and fixed my issue entirely 5 minutes. I will definitely return!

I love going to this Lens Crafters. Not only are they nice to me but they treat me and my three kids like we are family! Martha is amazing and lights up the building with her smile and amazing service she gives. Thanks for always making us smile when we leave. Your amazing!
