Zero stars….. my car was stolen. When recovered, same day it was a wreck. I had it towed to a BMW dealer as that is what my car was a 750 I… Allstate informed me that if I didn’t move it to somebody in their Network that I would be responsible for any work over $50 an hour… They then towed it to a Ford dealership where it’s sat for eight months ( as they told me and my husband numerous times that they don’t work on cars like this they might be certified but it’s like working on a rocket ship.) and yesterday i just got it back( from september)…. I tried dealing with them multiple times they only care about the bottom line run from Allstate…

Beware of Jonathan Clavijo,He tells you you'll pay one thing and then in the middle of the policy they start doubling your premiums. I have no tickets and no accidents and Jonathan does not return phone calls. I'm getting out before they drain my bank account. If I could have no stars I would. This guy is not worth even one star
