Bought here many times but today was an awful experience. Your seller Joshua is the most rude seller I’ve ever met. He’s rude tough and answers back so nasty to customers. This person should be replaced. I used to be always very well serviced here

The first time I went in the store they were so nice and helpful and I decided I would sleep on it before making my purchase. I returned the same week and the workers were rude and acted like I was crazy when I noticed the price jump by hundreds within days. Never got to make my purchase

The lady who helped me were very friendly. However, there’s a sales guy who seems like the store manager was very arrogant and gave us attitude. Very disappointed since I’ve shopped with them many times and I don’t deserved to be treated like this. JC clearly doesn’t care about their customer experiences and I’ll stop shopping here.

Fake exclusivity. They put a sign at the door saying the line starts here, and there's not a single soul around, the store is practically empty. Just another attempt at fake exclusivity. And people are so gullible. I guess if you want to act like you're exclusive, does that make you exclusive?

Tried to return sunglasses that I got for my bf and they wouldn’t give me my money back only store credit but they only had 3 sunglasses to choose from for men so it left us no choice but to choose some he didn’t even like. I wish the credit would of at least given us the opportunity to go to another store and see a better selection.

They have an incredible selection in this store. I was blown away at seeing items that were full price a week ago almost 70% off in the outlet. Customer service was excellent the manager and staff were very kind and attentive. The young gentleman that assisted with my was purchase was nothing short than amazing. If you ever get a chance to swing by ask for Brendan.
