of professionalism and service I receive from Allison and her Team. I recently had a request with a Whole Life Policy and I received updates daily along with a final outreach to confirm completion and to check on my satisfaction with the process. That type of personal touch is rarely found these days!

Allison at the Jane Freilich State Farm Insurance agency is amazing. They always go above and beyond when I call for help with old and new policies. I called to get 2 UTV's and an ATV insured and she had the quotes to me and finalized my policies with in 24 hours. They have been my go to for as long as I can remember. We have our personal vehicles, business vehicles and now all of our off road toys insured with them. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is in need of insurance. Thank you Allison!

Recently, Mike from this agency saved the day. I had texted them with less than 12 hours notice letting them know that I would be traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Arcadia (2 1/2 hours) the day after to see a used car and that if I decided to buy it, I would need coverage. Mike responded that same evening and the quote was ready the morning after.
Later that afternoon, I advised Mike I would be buying the vehicle; however, the local DMV had just closed. Ultimately, Mark provided all documents and ID card required for my drive back home. Once again, Mike went above and beyond by being available afterhours to make sure I had everything I needed in the event I was stopped by the police. Thanks Mike, I appreciate the help and peace of mind.

In this agency they understand this concept very well.

Ariani Luis has been my agent for years. She is very knowledgeable in the insurance world, always replies to emails and calls very quick and is a “problem solver”.
