Was told a watch was $500 then when I showed the representative their store website offered it for $65.00 he offered it to me for $100 and would not offer the buy one get one deal they offer on all watches I'd rather buy online then In store. Online the invictas website offers the same watches and deals at like 75/80% off

Excellent customer service received from Kim! Kim was patient, kind and went out of her way to be helpful, without being pushy. I would definitely recommend this store because of the customer service I received today!

Spent about an hour choosing a watch for a birthday gift and the store associate was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also made very good suggestions that fit our style and budget.

Shame… I bought an Invicta watch. Took it to the store at Sawgrass and the person in charge asked on a very bad way to pay $15 to reduce the band size!! Incredible how bad the service is at that store, go anywhere else!!!

Aside the fact that you idiots are buying tasteless $50 dollar watches for $500+, this location (I'm guessing Invicta as a whole) is the worst at honoring their paid warranty. 4 weeks to do a battery change under warranty and it's STILL wasn't ready? It's a 2 minute job.

The new speedway limited automatic was told to have a swiss movement, but it does just have a seagull from china, price at 799$ at sawgrass but you get it online ranged from 199$ to 399$ , scam for me

First I'll start with the customer service not that good. Only reason we choose this location was because we were shooping for school clothes. So why not knockout two things at once well that what we thought but nope. Turns out they can't change three watch batteries the last hour an half til closing. So we waited a week and half then called to ask about the watches worker said watches were ready so we drove 40mins to get there. Once getting there again poor customer service but ok ask about our watches could only find two out of the three. He then tells us oh we had send off the third watch cause they could not open it. Well you could have told us that the day before when we called an asked if the watches were ready cause this is basically a wasted trip. So then I decided to see if they could change out two more batteries on to more watches this is like 2 hours after they've opened workers response umm naw we want be able to change them today we have a lot of watches today to service. So I said well ill just leave them since we have to come back for the other watch that got since out. Well I would not recommend anyone to got here but if you have no choice just be sure to take pictures of your watches front and back and also of your ticket when going to pick them back up.

BUYER BEWARE. They will charge you twice as much in the store.Shop online or better yet find a better brand that doesn’t let their franchises do this to people. There are tons of foreigners that come to this mall and are super vulnerable.It’s a shame they took advantage of me and my friends. I spent over a thousand dollars and walked out thinking I got buy one get one deals, turns out they bent me over!Contacted corporate and they aren’t getting back to me weeks later....

If I could I would give a negative star due to the women manager there day 12-26-2021. Absolutely nasty!!! Asked to get my watched sized around 11:15am, she stated that she was the only one working that she could probably get it done around 12.. me and my wife walk the mall and come back. Another gentleman is there now so I ask if he could size my watch since the store was not busy at this time. He began to state that they aren't sizing during this whole week, the manager then chimes in stating that they dont size on the weekends.. NO WHERE on your website or on the store window or anywhere in the store does it say this... Absolutely disgusted... I have a total of 10 watches from this store never an issue but this really doesn't make me wanna come back to any store that sells Invicta...
