We come here all the time - our son loves it so much he just had his 7th birthday party here! It was an awesome party, the staff were so accommodating. The Neon Glow was a hit! Kids had a blast!

Had our son's 7th birthday party here. The GM and his team, Miya and Kay were beyond helpful and accommodating. We got the premium package that included the glow in the dark party. Really great and made the whole day so memorable. The kids had flourescent markers and could draw and write messages on the paper tablecloths that glowed in the dark. Very cool, especially when you're 7!
We are regular visitors year around but so happy we chose to host the birthday there. Thank you

Book this place immediately!!! You won’t regret it! I have attended and planned dozens of kids parties between my 3 children and this was, by far, the best and easiest party I’ve ever seen. I price shopped, in person, about 6 different venues at the most popular places around me. In The Game was not only the most bang for your buck, but the costumer service was unmatched. I had a specific budget and a million questions and Miya answered every single one with the most pleasant demeanor. I was even able to get the glow package which was a game changer!! They gave necklaces and glasses and neon markers and it just made everything that much cooler! Kay helped on the day of the party, she decorated for me with all the stuff I brought, had suggestions when asked and I never had to ask for anything. Pizzas came out at the time I asked, refills were done before we even needed them, she served the pizza and filled cups, cleaned and was by my side, checking that everything was going smoothly. The manager, Steve, checked in with us multiple times, assuring we were taken care of and happy with how the party was going. He made sure my birthday kid was ecstatic by the time we left, and made sure he got exactly what he wanted off the prize wall!! Even got his baby sister a Bluey plush to make sure everyone left with the biggest smile. The whole party was flawless. Exceeded my expectations and then some. I honestly couldn’t believe that the event went that smoothly and was that awesome for the price I paid. Our drive home was spent discussing our next kids party there because it went so much better than I could’ve ever imagined. Service and attitudes were impeccable, the party smooth, and everyone had a blast. Every single parent in attendance was impressed and wanted to know how I found this gem. I could go on and on but this place was perfection. I feel so lucky I found this place and we’ll definitely be back to play and plan more parties.

Our son’s birthday party at *In The Game* at Sawgrass Mills was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Our server, K, was truly outstanding—anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly throughout the event. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable for both the kids and adults.
We were also incredibly impressed with Steve, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure the day was perfect. His leadership and commitment to making sure we had the best experience possible were evident in every interaction. The arcade itself was a hit, offering an exciting atmosphere that kept the kids entertained for hours.
If you’re looking for a venue that delivers top-notch service, a fun environment, and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend hosting your next event at *In The Game*. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Wonderful place, the best of sawgrass, you must stop by yes or yes, the burgers, the onion rings and everything are very delicious, third time we visited them and the people who serve them are very friendly, a good time to enjoy delicious food and there are also the games next door for the children and one can also watch sports comfortably

Went here today and dropped 100 bucks for the unlimited play. I was very disappointed that there was not more staff monitoring all the summer day camp kids that were there. Nova camp was there and none of the adults with the camp were monitoring the kids. The kids and even the counselors were so disrespectful. They ruined our time by cutting in line, stealing our play by pushing the button on our claw game while my grandson was lining up the claw. They stayed on games the whole time never giving others turns. They pushed the button on an adventure in the Lazer game before we even had the chance to read our choices after WE were the ones who paid.and all crowded into the small room without paying. It was horrible!!!!! Absolutely no supervision for 4 busses of 5-12 year old bullies. I basically wasted my money today because with all the wild mayhem my grandchildren did not get to do much. I recommend skipping this place altogether. They need to limit the day camps, or make them watch their campers, or hire more staff to monitor behaviors. I will never return! I’d skip it if I were you.
