While furnishing an extra room, we sought various sofa bed alternatives. Adriana (Living Rooms department) was a very knowledgeable salesperson in the living room section, she guided us through the diverse bed options available. Aware that transporting the sofa bed in our car was impractical, Adriana also explained the delivery services offered by IKEA. Her assistance in streamlining the selection and delivery process made the entire experience smooth and effortless. We are incredibly grateful for Adriana's expertise and dedication, which made this purchase seamless and convenient.

I am extremely pleased to write this review to highlight the extraordinary quality of service I have received from Leidy, in the returns department, on the numerous occasions I have visited IKEA. Throughout several remodeling projects, we have had to make several returns, and Leidy has always been a true gem.
From the first moment, what impressed me most about Leidy was her sweet manner and genuine kindness. His warmth and willingness to help are qualities that immediately stand out. He is a very attentive and applied person. You can tell that he truly enjoys his job and that his greatest satisfaction comes from providing exceptional service to clients.
What I value most about Leidy is her incredible professionalism and dedication. Regardless of the complexity of the return or the problem to be resolved, she always maintains a positive attitude and strives to find the best possible solution. Her knowledge of the returns process is exceptional, and she is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
