I ordered closets from them over 2 weeks ago both were damaged one severely. I have been told twice they were coming to replace and still haven't shown up. They were refunding my delivery fee still not done and now they say coming Thursday and yet still no confirmation. You wait on hold to speak to someone forever. All around horrible experience. Next stop BBB and maybe small claims if they are a no show on Thursday. WELL ONCE AGSIN A SCEDULED DELIVERY FOR THURSDAY 3/12 now BEING RESCHEDULED FOR THE 18 and NOONE CAN INSTALL UNTIL THE 20th WAITING 3 WEEKS TO HAVE A SEVERLY DAMAGED DOOR REPLACED AS IT SITS IN MY LIVING ROOM. Everyone I call I get I'm sorry for your frustration and they just keep frustrating me more. 3X this has been rescheduled it's ridiculous at this point!

The delivery is scheduled for today, I called people to assemble all the furniture, 3 people arrived, I paid them. At 9 am, a representative from IKEA called and said that there would be no delivery today! This representative was a very nasty person, spoke very badly and hung up. Then I received a letter that the delivery was postponed until tomorrow. I demand that you sort this out with your employees and return me money for the people who came to work and lost time

I don't have anything against Ikea furniture, but this store is horribly run. The staff are pretty much as rude as it gets and they are always out of something (Often when it says it's available on the website). I had to come three different times and each time they were out of some item I needed. The worst, and the reason I'm giving one star is because the KOPPLA power supply was out of stock when they had 24 (yes, 24) on display on the wall. When I asked the person working there they refused to let me buy one of them. So you're telling me you're out of stock but there's 24 on the wall, and I can't buy one? What a joke this place is. It's seriously gone downhill since it opened.

We used to really enjoy trips to ikea, however, the prices have gotten so high that it is no longer affordable & the quality of the products is nowhere near their price range- compared to other furniture stores. The food court has also increased in price & the quality of the food is on par with their furniture.

Very disappointed. Wanted to buy a wall cabinet for the bathroom in the as is section. At first the price seemed good, but it turned out that the cabinet was very incomplete. At the same time, the staff assured that it should be purchased separately, but the internet said that the transformer should be included in the kit. If you buy all the missing elements, then the price was almost the same as a new one from the warehouse. Be careful.

You easily get lost....
