This was the worst experience I have had during my whole shopping day at sawgrass. today Wednesday at 13:00 the only employee was on the phone and I was the only customer trying to buy two pairs of shorts and two tshirts as i love this brand and this guy without moving said they dont had an available fitting room. As i insisted and other girlfriend of he entered he again said that he couldnt do anything. i told him that thats not the way of threating customers and less of selling. Employees should have some decency and instead he responded very rude to me. Shame for the brand

There’s this light skin ghetto woman that works there and her attitude is absolutely disgusting. Very illiterate, sassy for no reason with a miserable attitude. It’s like she could care less about her job. I would definitely get rid of her.

The staff here is amazing!!! Dani and her team went out of their way to get a swim suit from the store in Miami for me and had it transferred to their store which is closer to where I live. They made sure my name was on the package and held the item for me. They were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend this location!!! Thank you Dani for going above and beyond :)
