I recently moved to Sunrise Circle Apartments and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping centers and Sawgrass Mills Mall. The amenities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, are top-notch and always clean.
A special shoutout to Evelyn at the office, who made my move-in process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and settled in my new home. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
If you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience in Sunrise, FL, I highly recommend Sunrise Circle Apartments!

I am very happy to live at Circle Sunrise! The manager Evelyn is super collaborative and very kind! He helped me with all the procedures and the process was very fast!! I am delighted with the place!! My girls won the Circle Sunrise back to school contest and they are very happy with their backpacks and materials!! I recommend the place to live 100%

We recently moved back to south Florida and have been pleasantly surprised thus far with the location of the property which is conveniently located near restaurants & major highways. The friendly staff at the leasing office have been helpful and accommodating. Especially Evelyn.

I went in for a tour and was greeted by Evelyn who was the property manager. She showed me around and the community seems like a really nice place. Right across the street from an Elementary school that I have heard about. I was advised about security so I know that I would be safe. Unfortunately, I needed a 3 bedroom which wasn't available, but very pleasant staff from her part.

The most unwilling and unprofessional manger i have ever encountered in my adult life.. Mis Evelyn chisom-castillo . I have been having issues with my apartment for god knows how long and i also needed legal matters to be taking care of and this lady had the nerves to send me and email and say its not necessary to apporve my request because i am not renewing my lease and that i dont have alot of tome left .. i brought up their general clause law stated in my lease agreement and this lady told me it doesn't matter .. so clearly they don't regard the law and don't care about their resident.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY PET!!!!! And on top of everything it’s not safe there’s been shootings here more than once here . Hence why I would not renew because I need a safe environment for my child and this is not the fit ..

I feel satisfied with the work of the manager Evelin, her treatment was gratifying regarding the move, very helpful and committed, the only bad thing and I know that it is not her fault is that by orders I must cover the advertising of the truck that I drive every day from my job with the fear that the tow truck will arrive and take it away. The agreement they have with the tow truck service is a total disappointment, having permission and papers in order for the vehicle and my wife's car was taken away just because there was parking in reverse is absurd and disrespectful to those of us who pay for everything as ordered

I don’t recommend moving here as it doesn’t look anything like the pictures show on the internet. You’re paying for a fully renovated apartment but your apartment look like a rush job and only certain areas of the apartment are “renovated”. I have termites in my apartments and there’s a huge pest control issue in all apartments. The crime is through the roof and your children cannot even play outside safely. They offer you a base rate for rent but you will pay at the MINIMUM of $200 additional for your utilities (Water, trash and sewer) because everyone in the building is on one meter. The FPL runs over $250 month for a two bedroom that consist of 1 adult and 2 small children because the air conditioner has to be ran very low to cool the apartment because they refuse to resolve an issue concerning the air conditioner. There’s no amenities offered here. They just opened one of their pools a week ago which has been closed for over two years per previous residents. The gym is still not open as of yet. There’s no upkeep on the landscaping and the outside of the apartments are filthy and filled with mold on the walls. Lastly, the manager Evelyn is rude and very condescending. She doesn’t listen to resolve any issues but attempts to give you the best answer to make you go away. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I am absolutely very pleased, by the experience.
The management team;especially, Tiana has been incredibly helpful and friendly, making the move-in process a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly.
The location of the apartment is also a huge plus and the unit is perfect space for my son and I. The community is nicely maintained. It's close to all the best restaurants, and shopping centers.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into this apartment. It's clear that the management team truly cares about their residents and strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a five-star living experience.
