Edgard would explain everything with clarity and was very patient. Me and my wife were nervous of all the paperwork that came with the purchase of our first home but with Edgard's explanations and advice He made sure we knew what we were doing. My wife and I would tell him all our concerns and Edgard wouldn't every be bothered even if we asked him the same questions multiple times. Edgard wanted to make sure we understood everything. Edgard is a GREAT ADVISOR and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone I know that is in search of a mortgage loan.

Edgard! I cannot say enough! You definitely made my families purchase experience the BEST. First of all, I am the seller and want to convey the experience of a potential buyer to a home I am selling. We had a closing date scheduled for several weeks, the day before that closing we found out that due to some administrative detail it would have to be delayed a few day, but everything else was a go. The following Monday, we are told that the closing is on hold indefinitely, the buyers are approved, but there is an issue with underwriting. If the loan is approved, why is underwriting still involved? Seems a little dishonest to me. It appears to me that Hamilton Home Loans is jerking all parties involved around. If I was looking for mortgage financing, I'd absolutely go somewhere else!
