Lala was amazing. First time here and had a big meeting coming up that I needed to be cleaned up for. She was amazing all the way through and gave a great haircut. Ask for Lala next time you come in she won’t disappoint!

LeAnn is amazing, she used to cut my daughter and myself a couple times and we loved her, the problem is that when you schedule the appointment online is not accurate, and it happened to me twice that I got to the location and she wasn't there, and another stylist took me in. With my son, did it twice and gave up, they don't know how to cut boys hair, to do a fade and a simple tape, last lady I had, she was so rude, she insulted my nationality, then proceeded to argue about everything, and then she told me she was going to blow dry my hair, I told her I didn't want to do that, I had no special occasion and I was going to sit in my couch after the appointment, she said literal words " is on me" , she repeat it several times, we get to the register and sure enough she is charging me $70 ,she has the gal to say not to leave her a tip!!!. I never been back and we switch to a much better places where they don't try to sell me shampoos all the time, and extra services I don't want, plus they know how to cut boys hair. If you don't want to be hassle don't come to this place, they get commission on product sales.

I used the sane stylist for decades, he was ok, a friend recommended LeAnn & I LOVE her professionalism & her hair coloring & cut was awesome. She's knowledgeable & turned me on to a great product to help with my dry ends & some frizziness..

NEVER GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. EMPLOYEE LEANN IS SO LAZY!!! I went in here to get a shampoo. Leanne said have a seat to wait on me shortly. She came back couple minutes later and said I’ll have to wait because she’s waiting for somebody else to come in and get her hair done. I said “why don’t you wait on me now” and she replied she’s waiting for a customer to come in. There was none in the salon. I believe Leann is racist because of her attitude towards me and not waiting on me.

Came in at 8:20 and my mom and fiancé couldn’t get there hair trimmed because only one hair stylist working . Girl up front has an attitude and doesn’t want to be here. Now only one cut was able to be given as they just refused to accommodate. Now funeral tomorrow for my grandfather they can’t both get hair quickly cut

The girl used a hair brush not clean full of white hair grossed me out. She took 2 minutes to cut my hair I could have done a better job myself

Received a terrible cut. Terrible! My sides were uneven, the “layers” were so choppy and blunt, it looked like the back of my head had shelves. My stylist wasn’t rude, but a bit condescending. She was very rough when touching my head to move it. Went to the salon twice that day, no one greeted me either time. Found the guest care email to request a refund. No response. After a second email they issued a partial refund, partial. Still, no one has apologized for ruining my hair. Needless to say I will never be back to this location or any other hair cuttery for that matter. Horrible customer service, from the top down.Went to Khaliman Salons in Boca (near my work), they were amazing! Super friendly, my hair looks great! Highly recommend! You can see my 5star review for them.

Marie is the best! I came in with a terrible haircut that I hated and was desperate. She listened to why I hated my current cut, and then meticulously fixed it. I'm in love with my new cut and am so beyond happy! I won't lie I did not have high expectations, but she did amazing and I'm so happy now! Thank you ☺️

Bad attention. The lady with short hair with a lot of gray hair (I never saw her name) was upset and wanted to charge a lot of money to straighten her hair. After I decided that it didn't matter, it bothered him that I told him what I wanted.
