I called before walking in just to check if an appointment was required. I was informed walk ins were okay. I came in a Thursday and was seated immediately. I didn't get the man name who did my pedicure but he was nice. I wouldn't say it was the best pedicure I've ever received but it wasn't bad. The only thing I wish was that I was given the option to sit around until my toes were dry. It felt like soon as he was done painting my nails it was time to go. I chose the Gallery Spa Pedicure which was a couple of dollars extra and I would say it was worth it. The massage was nice. Overall the atmosphere was nice, the shop was nicely put together and welcoming and it felt peaceful. I would go back.

went with my daughter and we asked for a manicure and pedicure service and they said yes and after they finished the pedicure they said it was too late even with 30 minutes left before closing. The lady at the entrance who is always with headphones on is very rude to customers, I don't recommend the place.

I usually go to nails etc on commercial and 94th but lately they have been slacking i tried gallery nails today and TIM did my gel manicure and pedi he was great very professional everything was clean my pedicure wasn't rushed i was relaxed and will definitely be going back!

Ana is amazing my nails are always how I like them. They provide water and have multiple tv's for you to enjoy the vibe while getting pampered.

I tried to buy a gift certificate for my wife during normal business hours and I was told I cannot because the NEW owner needs to be there. Poor service!

It’s really unfortunate that I have to make this comment. I have been going to this salon for a very long time even before the new owners took over. I get more pedicures than manicures but last Tuesday I was getting a manicure and decided to get dip powder on my nails, so that cost me $55 no problem. But 2 days later the dip chipped on my thumb and 2 more nails chipped. I’ve had gel polish last a lot longer than that.I went in to the salon so the nail tech to look at them and she said they could be fixed but she would have to talk to the manger. She came back and told me it was going to be additional $30…not a good way to do business. Needless to say I’m never going back!!
