First-time buyer! The owners were kind even though it was almost 11 pm! They are attentive and happy to see a customer! I don’t know what people say about the rudeness, but I was treated professionally. I hope to find Cutwater Grape next time! Regardless, they had great choices for being a small shop. Thanks a lot!

I had to double check my reciept!......For some strange reason, the young lady gives you a separate reciept of $2.87 that has yet to explain to me and make sense. After buying six items and having TAX added to that, she gives you ANOTHER TAX RECIEPT THAT WON'T MAKE ANY SENSE.If you are in a hurry and have a couple of dollars that you don't mind being RIPPED OFF....have at it.Otherwise.....GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I only come here as an ABSOLUTE last resort because it's only a block away from my house.BUYER BEWARE : overpriced compared to other local stores (both alcohol and tobacco products).. there's a smoke shop next door and university liquors on the other Farrr side of the plaza by sunset strip where the same exact products are LITERALLY 25% - 50% cheaper...ALSO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TOTAL and ask for a receipt. The owner guy always rounds up and never gives proper change. Also they will try to charge you for their mechanic fee if you use a card.And the owner is VERY dry, kinda rude, common courtesies like "Hi how are you?", "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" do not exist here.There's a youg lady who works here sometimes though and she's a total sweetheart!

I walked in to get a bottle of Haitian wine and they had a woman trying to sell grey goose to the customers. I was not interested at all she poured the strawberry and basil drink and while standing there the dirty water from the roof falls on me I was disgusted I told a man wearing a bourbon shirt and he laughed and said It's Fresh Water and laughed with his fellow male workers. I have underlying issues and recently was discharged from the hospital on Sunday. I have allergies and also showed the man that. I had to ask them to apologize to me instead of making a joke of this extremeLy serious situation anything could be in that dirty roof water. My life matter's I am highly upset at this establishment and how they handled this matter.
