Sold me a brown stained towel and the salesperson, Jenny, refused to send me a new one or prepaid envelope to return after spending thousands at this store. They lost me as a customer!

Subpar service from Jenny Buckard. They sold me a stained towel (looks like it was returned to them - who knows what that stain was). I emailed Frette and they directed me to the store. Jenny had an unapologetic attitude and told me to bring the towel or mail it to them (at my cost). I had to drive all the way back from Miami to Sawgrass to change this stupid towel due to Jenny's lack of customer service. It was a lot easier to either send a prepaid box or just send a new $45 towel... It's more expensive for them to lose a customer than to refund or send a new towel. Also, I asked for the same towels that I had bought a couple of months back and they sold me all different sizes.
