I was looking for new work shoes and walked into Florsheim and let me say what a nice experience. The prices were great and I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes. More importantly, the customer service was great. It’s really hard nowadays to be treated nicely whether at a retail store or restaurant and Antonio who helped me, was such great help.

Kudos to CSR, Danilo!!!I went in to buy some dress shoes, and was immediately greeted by a very enthusiastic & friendly CSR, named Danilo!!! He was very happy to help me buy a few pair of shoes, as well as make a few suggestions, including the purchase of a belt (which I really needed, but would have forgotten about / to buy, if he had not made the suggestion...Thank you, Danilo!!!). I always enjoy shopping at Florsheim!!!

I'm not one to give ratings nevertheless bad ones but wow talk about profiling a person and I'm sorry I didn't get the employees name but apparently he thought I didn't have the money to buy $ 140 pair of mens loafers well their loss I spent $ 300 At Aldos horrible customer service and attitude I asked for a size 9 and the associate comes back and says they dont have that the smallest size they had was a 10 by the way the display was a 7.5 wow he didn't even check. Just wanted to share dont waste your time thank you.

Visited this store yesterday to get a pair of shoes for my dad and ended up getting a pair for myself as well. Staff was very helpful and professional. Antonio was very patient and helped me pick something out for my dad. Highly recommend this store for good shoes and customer service.
