I had the opportunity to Visit the Sawgrass Fendi location and was met with hospitality and polite employees. Laura specifically assisted me navigating through my shopping and shipping endeavor. Overall I was highly pleased with my experience at this location and will return if ever in the area.

Super happy and thankful for the Fendi Sawgrass Outlet. Josh Kogen assist me and always provides me the the best customer service that no other boutique, Fendi or otherwise, can compare to! I have been able to find so many treasures that I had been looking for with his help. The store is always organized, and when I ask to try things on he gives me other related item to try on. I always have a wonderful experience here and look forward to my next visit!

Josh and Narah have been top top top in providing me the best service! I always get great deals on the Fendi! Josh always goes the extra mile to make sure that during our appointment his attention and focus is on us providing a unique shopping experience....The designer district Fendi staff should come and learn a bit....Friendly, prepared and organized staff in an always clean and quality environment. Definitely recommended!!!for those who complain about having to wait, ...for the experience we are getting its worth the wait, otherwise just go to Walmart -

This is one of the best shopping experiences at Sawgrass. I am always helped by Laura who ensures that I am purchasing items that I will love for a long time. This is a most stop shop if you go to Sawgrass. Laura is the best! She always finds me something that I don’t need and lets me know when they get new merchandise and when there is a sale. I love how her coworkers take care of me if she is not available or is off.Michelle G

Excellent addition to Sawgrass Mills... Ask for Laura she is fantastic and very knowledgeable about Fendi and the products... Great selection of merchandise that changes often.... Has already become on of my go to places at Sawgrass.UPDATE: Over the last 2 years, I have shopped here and I have never had a bad experience. I was surprised by the two (2) negative reviews. I gladly wait my turn outside on line. Almost all of the high end stores, have a limit as the number of people inside. They really want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Narra is an excellent manager and always greats me. Laura, continues to be my SA and is always fantastic.
