This location is amazing! Stellar customer service between both Jennifer the store manager and the employees.
Also, for business customers like me, its as easy as scanning my package and leaving. No need to wait around! Truly fast and easy.

My first time shipping with FedEx. The 2 people working there were super friendly and extremely helpful! It's a bit costly, but hopefully, it'll be worth it when/if my package arrives tomorrow.

Afsab or whatever the guy with the long hair name is at this print shop is completely useless. Every single time I’ve been given different instructions when it comes to using their copy machine. One time an employee even did a test run to make sure the machine was set correctly before making my bulk copies which is ironic since she works there.Today it started chucking out blank copies again. Afsab said the original needs to be fed face up when I made copies just prior with my original being face down.You are better off making the drive to an Office Depot and doing your bulk copies there where it’s half the cost for B/W and clear instructions on their self serve copy machines.

The service was not good , I had to wait and ask multiple times before being helped . It was the first time I come to this fedex store to print something and I won’t be coming back . Need To work on their customer service skills .

I stop at 7 pm and the lady was working there shutting the door on my face. Business closings doors for people like this. I just dropped off a package, that was taking a minute.

This FedEx location is THE BEST! I've visited other locations (where the staff are very unhelpful and rude) and hesitated to come here because same company but I'm so glad I did. They're the most competent, helpful and nice people I've encountered. I worked on a project for about 4 months and Cassandra and Jenny at this location finally were able to help me bring it to life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Cassandra and Jenny! Your positive attitude and willingness to help are refreshing! I'll continue to make the drive to this location.

Dont go here if you want Nadia and the manager to give you a hard time about picking up your own package. Had fedex corporate to call and manufacturer to call and that location still refused to give up my package after showing identification and address. Please dont do business here if you want a hard time doing the things you need for your business. Not worth it. Please go somewhere else. You have been advised. Dont say I didnt warn you. Go to UPS instead!

Every time I go in to drop off a package, they are friendly, quick, and helpful. I wish Amazon would use Fed-ex instead of UPS! This location is very nice.
