I’m leaving this review because this is the second time that Jenny the manager of this FedEx shipping location has tried to tell me I needed to buy a box to ship with them. She then uses the line. “The driver will reject the box. “ A perfectly good shipping box and she refuses to take the package unless I buy a box from her. Considering the items were shipped to me in this box via FedEx, she could not be more wrong. Avoid this scammer at all cost. I went to another Fedex location and they had no issue with it! @fedex

Jenny, the store manager along with her staff were very helpful in getting my items printed. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend them for all your business needs.

2 people working in the store upon my arrival I stand in line no Hi or hello’s will be with you in a few minutes?
Nadia did have a customer but they were waiting for the printer. Even if she was like hi someone will be right with you I would have felt better about the wait.
Finally after standing there waiting for 8 minutes I’m like is there anyone else working in here. Nadia said she with another customer. The lady Erica finally came over and help me after I was in the store for like 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, but she was pleasant in helping me & assist me in the self service drop off. ( I asked for their names, told her thank you)
The other worker Nadia was lazy and showed no regard that I waiting for so long with no acknowledgment of what I need help with or my concern. She needs a training on customer service.

This location is amazing! Stellar customer service between both Jennifer the store manager and the employees.
Also, for business customers like me, its as easy as scanning my package and leaving. No need to wait around! Truly fast and easy.

My first time shipping with FedEx. The 2 people working there were super friendly and extremely helpful! It's a bit costly, but hopefully, it'll be worth it when/if my package arrives tomorrow.

Afsab or whatever the guy with the long hair name is at this print shop is completely useless. Every single time I’ve been given different instructions when it comes to using their copy machine. One time an employee even did a test run to make sure the machine was set correctly before making my bulk copies which is ironic since she works there.Today it started chucking out blank copies again. Afsab said the original needs to be fed face up when I made copies just prior with my original being face down.You are better off making the drive to an Office Depot and doing your bulk copies there where it’s half the cost for B/W and clear instructions on their self serve copy machines.

The service was not good , I had to wait and ask multiple times before being helped . It was the first time I come to this fedex store to print something and I won’t be coming back . Need To work on their customer service skills .

I stop at 7 pm and the lady was working there shutting the door on my face. Business closings doors for people like this. I just dropped off a package, that was taking a minute.
