4 months later, still a 3*....
They made it. Now, solid 1. I went twice on the last few weeks. Those 2 woman are from a bad sitcom. The worst. Now i couldn't get my work done. I used 2 machines, put a hold on both. And they didn't print. When I tried to get help from those 2 person, one was totally ignoring me...you will have to wait. After 10 minutes and a second tried, the manager Alexandra, told me you weren't on line. You have to be on line. Of course i was next the equipment that took the money and didn't work. I finally Left. These 2 people shouldn't be working helping customers. And is not the first time, so I know its not a sporadic event. I wish I can come back here again, to print.. pickup my packages and not be mistreated.

The manager with a country accent is just plain rude. The last customer left the store at 8:04pm.
My retrieval code came in at 7:59pm and she escorted me out the door as the clock struck 8pm, as if I was getting arrested. No way to treat a customer, service is horrible. I went there to print my resume so I can get a job.
I understand you shift is done at 8 but it would have taken nothing but 2 minutes to print them out at 7:59pm.

I would expect FedEx employees to be very pleasant, which they were! The problem is, their machines do not work properly. I tried to print some labels, and all the margins were out of line, and according to the employee, the printers had just been aligned, as per the Xerox company that came in that particular day. However, it was not at all aligned properly. I will never go back to this FedEx office again to waste my time nor will I recommend it because their machines are really out of whack

I went twice to the fedex located in Oakland and university drive to have my textbook cut in half and rebounded. The first time, I was told it could be done however time would be a factor and that I should try again the next day. I went again the following day and was given the run around and told the margins were too narrow and I would have to speak to a manager. They then told me to leave it and they would see what they could do. Nevertheless, I didn’t feel comfortable so I took my book and left and went to another FedEx location. I work at a business that frequently uses this FedEx for our business needs and I will make sure to tell my colleagues about my experience.
My experience at the other location was very different. Shout out to Yosef at the plantation and university location who was able to complete the task within 30 minutes with no issues. I think people fail to realize customers will always realize when an employee doesn’t want to do the actual work and they give you all the excuses in the world. It was apparent in my case.

Just an idea...maybe acknowledge the customer, as he stands at the counter for oh, three, five, seven minutes, waiting and waiting, while 2,3,5 employees are right there. Just a thought...been like that there for many years. No one even looks at me, much less service me. I walk out all the time and have to go somewhere else.

I went yesterday to pick up the initial set of business cards and waited nearly 5 minutes. One staff member noticed me and asked 2 other female staff in the back to which one responded that she just started her shift. One woman came from the printers minutes after me and one of the ladies assisted her first before me.I came in today for any last minute printing and Monique was by herself; she helped me out through everything I needed so I am super grateful for her. the main printer was down for a bit and helped out everyone that was in the area. As a mystery shopper, more of the Fedex female staff should be like Monique.

Monique was absolutely amazing! I had a large print order and she made sure to let me know I forgot to add stapling to the order. She saved me a ton of time! The store is clean and service is great! I definitely recommend using their services!

I don’t know the deal about taping down boxes inlay fedex but this location didn’t want to do it the second time I was there.the lady was rude about that after making me wait 25 minutes while she discussed personal family stuff with a customer.i will never go there…

Very slow moving employees only one person at the counter while 2 others just standing around. No sense of urgency towards customers. Really disappointing from such a large company.

Second time coming here. First of all, no one greeted me when I came in. I needed help w the printer, after waiting for a while finally got the code. Entered code, error ask for assistance. I ask again for assistance the young lady says, sorry I’m training. I know they could tell I was frustrated and no one even offered assistance. I just left and hope they don’t charge my card. Not doing business with them again.

Terrible customer service. I believe she was a supervisor and saw me standing in line while she helped another customer and when she was finished she directed me to the representative while I was waiting in line for her.

No issues with this store in comparison to what I read in other reviews. I called first to ask a question and was treated swiftly and accurately. I then made an order online for business cards and (NOT EXAGGERATING) my order was done within less than two hours. Extremely impressed and it was great to see my order done so fast and with care.

I wanted to share a fantastic experience I had with one of FedEx's exceptional employees. Now, when I think of FedEx print and copy services, it's not exactly my go-to place due to past encounters with less knowledgeable staff. However, this time was entirely different.
With a background in printing and design, I'm quite particular about what I need. I usually provide detailed instructions to ensure I get the results I want, but prior visits left me disappointed.
Enter Lindsey from store 0933 in Sunrise, Florida. She assisted me with a project involving a soda bottle label. Lindsey's quick thinking and expertise shone through as she asked all the right questions to understand the project's scope. Thanks to her, I discovered a product at FedEx I didn't even know existed. The end result exceeded my expectations, earning praise from my clients. Without Lindsey's extensive knowledge and willingness to ensure I left with the best solution, I might have had to redo the entire project. Kudos to Lindsey for turning my FedEx experience around!
