This place is great. They run it like a flea market. Theres opened boxes everywhere. Its a mess with no order. Bugs crawling on the chocolates at the counter. The manager uses boxes to block aisles and gets mad when you move them to get through. The place smells like mildew with flies everywhere. It's a good place to visit if you want to experience living in a 3rd world country.

You can't beat the prices at Family Dollar Stores....unlike Dollar Tree, not everything here is $1.25 or less, but there are items that I can buy here that would be double or triple at other discount or department stores.I was looking for the home and bath section and this nice lady told me where to go, in a very nice polite way.I got some caddy items for a fraction of the price I saw at Walmart and HomeGoods. They were chrome metal so they looked good and they were very nice and shiny. The store felt a bit tight and cramped compared to other Family Dollar stores I have been to, but it was well stocked.The lady at the cash register was also very nice when she rang my item out.

Store should be open at 7 am. It is 15 minutes after 7, the store personnel is in the front looking at me and don't even identify me. How rude and unprofessional

This is the worst store I Ever Been to.!!!! I can't wait to talk to corporate the Employees are Very Rude especially the Red Assistant Manager who told me she's not going to give me her name for corporate she wears her hair in a ponytail I'm going to keep digging until I get her name because corporate needs to find out about her she does not honor prices that are listed underneath the items every time I come in there the prices does not match what they are charging the customers. I really need to get in contact with corporate and report this store when I came in and told the assistant manager the red lady who won't give her name what I was charged for after spending over $100 that the prices that was on the item was different she told me she didn't care and was NOT GIVING ME A REFUND Because she is only an Assistant Manager Not a General Manager. I told her why would the General Manager leave you in charge if you're Not Able to Help customers smh.Corporate please go in this Store to see what we are experiencing.

There’s supervisor, is a black lady skinny from Panama , always has hair in a ponytail she with the company for years ..she’s EXTREMELY rude always giving me an attitude , rolling her eyes when I’m returning something or when the price rings up wrong, she acts like its my fault. There’s also a young Latina short woman a supervisor as well. She just ignores me and walk away when I ask a question.I was a regular here but I now avoid going to this location because of the constant bad service . I go to the one on 8241 Sunset strip location ..way better service! I had enough, im done!I’m a paying customer theres no reason for this behavior. If you don’t like your job QUIT! SIMPLE!!

Most ghetto overpriced Family Dollar I have ever been to. Cashier's are rude and act like you doing them a favor by shopping there. If you don't mind rude service along with overpriced items that are cheaper at other Family Dollars. Then this is your store.

This is the worst Family Dollar I've ever been in my life! I came in for a simple return and I was told that I had to wait until a manager came to help. I waited for almost an hour for the manager LILLIAN who finally came. When asked about the time of me waiting, she muttered something that I did not understand! This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and she should not be a manager of any place!!!!!!Someone please answer why a cashier was not trained on how to do a simple return with the receipt for an item purchased the day before??????!!!!!The manager LILLIAN said that "she thinks" it's the Dollar General policy that only management handle returns.
